We stayed in the Log Cabin. It was beautiful, cozy, and very clean. The staff knew it was one of our daughters' birthdays and had a special treat with a card waiting for her arrival. That was so very nice! We had gone out to dinner and had no way to reheat the leftovers the next day, so the kids went and asked the main office if there was a microwave they could use quickly and the staff ended up bringing one to our cabin. The staff went above and beyond for us, and we are very grateful! The location was perfect! It was not too far from the stores and restaurants. We checked out the falls that were only about a 2 minute drive from our cabin. There are scenic spots all within a half-hour drive. We absolutely loved our time at The Christmas Farm Inn and Spa. I didn't hear one time "mom I'm bored" from either one of our 13,14, and 10 year old. They enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The indoor gym was also very nice. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were spacious. There was plenty of storage for our family of 5 ( 4 out of 5 being female lol) All in all, The Christmas Inn and Spa is very charming, cozy, clean, well maintained, and the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience - which we did! We will definitely be staying here again for sure!

The inn is lovely. The accommodations were nice. The front desk service was well below par. We told the young man at the front desk about the leaking shower door (bad leak) and he said "okay cool" but never wrote it down. Clearly it's a leak that has been a problem for some time. The rationale behind the poor review comes from what occurred after check out. We immediately realized that we had left a nice hairdryer and a jacket behind. We called the next day and were brushed off by the same front desk person. He didn't offer to check the room or call back and simply tried to get me off the phone. When I asked if he wanted my name and number, he said "oh sure". It was obvious that he didn't write it down. We have called four times in total with no response. Because of this, we would not stay there again.

Front desk service is poor and management needs to respond to customers when they call.

Adorable, always feels like Christmas. Classic New England Inn and charm. Staff very friendly. We had a room in the Carriage House - bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable!

A little bit dated, sitting area in the carriage house near fireplace could use a little attention, could be cozier (fireplace is great)!With a little attention to that area, one couch downstairs with big fireplace seemed sparse and couches are older. Could be even more adorable we thought, little decorating. Maybe some wine/snacks later afternoon type thing as well.

Beautiful location and so close to everything. Did enjoy the pool and hot tub. Bed was very comfortable. Nice surroundings.

It is an older Inn and understand under newer management so keeping it looking good can be challenging. But fixing broken tiles and a cracked mirror in the bathroom and touch up painting could go a long way. The inside of the rooms just as important as the look of the outside. A bag of of garbage was left at the front door of the Saltbox Cottage from the time we checked in until we checked out the next morning. Had to tell the front-desk who went out and immediately took care of it. Parking is across the street should be address with a slow-down sign as cars go pretty fast up the road.

We enjoyed that, even though there was a wedding/reception happening at the inn, that we had plenty of peace and quiet. The room was very comfortable and clean, the grounds were well kept. We are local farmers who were just looking for a quick get-a-way from our daily grind, and this was affordable, close enough to home.

Honestly, the food at dinner really wasn't that good. I ordered the bruschetta. The bread was so hard and cold that I couldn't even bite it. It should be lightly toasted. The salad was just ok. My husband liked his chicken, but for the price, the serving was very small. We actually cancelled our breakfast reservation based on these factors. Very high prices for mediocre food. The server was very pleasant however.

Quaint hotel with a comfortable bed. The property restaurant and pubs’s food, beverages and staff were exceptional.

When we arrived, the door of our hotel was left open which was a bit disconcerting. When we did close the door, there was a large gap at the bottom of the door. The shower leaked so bad the floor was drenched when we stepped out. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. Parking for the hotel is across a two-lane street where there isn’t a lot of traffic but vehicles are not necessarily slow. The disheveled front desk staff was accommodating yet a bit indolent. Lastly, we were led to believe that this hotel was closer to Mt Washington than the 50 minute drive it actually was.

We stayed 3 days at the Inn last year and it was wonderful! We decided to return again this year. Everything was excellent. Room was clean and spacious. All in working order. Dining room was excellent too. Food choices and quality was top notch. We used the pool and the hot tub every day! Looking forward to returning again next year!!

The only glitch was an error on our invoice which was quickly rectified. We miss the past pumpkin people displays. You used to have one of the best.

The inn is decorated beautifully, with a winter theme in mind! Appropriately, it snowed six inches while we were there! The staff was very courteous, accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. We had Room 7 in the main building. Dinner and breakfast were both generous portions.

The only issue we had, was that the coffee was not hot. The staff apologized and explained they were having problems with their coffee brew machine.

Christmas Farm Inn is very special to us as we got married there 6 years ago on Valentine's Day. Our room was big, wonderful and clean as it always is. Loved the Jacuzzi. The Champagne and Chocolate covered Strawberries were delicious. We always bring some of ours Valentine decor for the room. People very friendly as they always are.

Breakfast and one dinner not included in stay anymore. Also feel the breakfat price at $20 each is a bit much. You don't have the Elopement package anymore. I have sent so many to your establishment for that because it was so perfect. No Red lights or Valentine decor in main areas and dinning room as there has always been. Many changes, some good others feel blah. The Little Bear that was always on the porch is gone.

Beautiful location, adorable cabin, the perfect size for my family. Group fire pit, outdoor chess, playground, and pool were awesome touches.

Our cabin AC was cranked high and we had trouble getting it to a good sleeping temperature. Cabin had a cabin smell, not unexpected, but it was there. Had no contact with office staff outside of texting (partially my fault for arriving late and leaving early.)
