The staff we encountered were very friendly. The cabin we stayed in was adorable and private, the porcupine quill cabin. There was also a propane fire pit in front of our cabin. Tuckermans restaurant is on the grounds of the Inn and it's always booming; good food and drinks. There is also a building with a heated, indoor pool. The bathroom is supplied with liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner, if you don't bring your own. There's also a coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, ironing board, and iron. The bed was a king. It was soft and comfortable. The spa hot tub was great!

Although the cabin was "surface clean," it is a log cabin with high ceilings and could use a good dusting/cleaning. There were some cobwebs in the cabin itself and in the bathroom. There are several lights and lamps in the cabin, but overall, it's rather dim. There's a small couch in the cabin, but this is the only place to sit. A small table and chairs would be nice to have in there to sit at to eat. I think it would be helpful to have the hair dryer in the bathroom, instead of on the wall in the kitchen area. Oh and there isn't an ice machine; you have to ask the front desk to get it for you. The propane firepit was out of propane. Overall, we did enjoy our stay because of the location of our cabin, and the privacy it offered.

My husband and I stayed in the lodge, and it was beautiful and comfortable. It appeared to have had new carpet installed very recently.

The only reason that I would not rate everything as excellent is because there was no one working in the office. All correspondence was done through text messaging or email. To check in to the lodge, another visitor had to tell us to go to the office door across the street and an envelope with our name was printed on it with the entry codes. No one was in the office the next day to check out and there was not a message from them. It ended okay, but was strange and I worried until I got the check-out confirmation two days later. Just strange with no interaction with staff or house cleaning.

I liked the style of the building and the size of the rooms. The porch was a quiet retreat and could observe the nature around us. The staff who manned the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Our 4 day visit was lovely. I liked having preference at the restaurant as a hotel guest.

The coffee at the breakfast wagon was extremely strong. I like strong coffee but this was more of an espresso.

It was quiet the week we stayed hardly anyone there. Lodge was peaceful, room was nice, pool was wonderful, restaurant on site was delicious.

Not enough toilet paper left, very little paper towels were in room. The remote to use with DVD player to access Netflix was not in the room . Coffee maker was dirty inside machine. I had wished the main lodge fireplace was lit at night even just briefly , it didn't go on until my last night there seems when the crowd of people came to stay. Overall it was a wonderful stay otherwise.

Comfy beds, easy check in, fire pit and verandah chairs were fun. Nicely spaced units. Peaceful setting. Easy parking. Efficient check in instructions. Very prompt responses to queries. Great value for a short stop in our longer trip.

Was disconcerting to be the sole guests- fortunately not travelling alone. A bit too far from town. Definitely needed a car to find dinner as we stayed on a night when on-site restaurant was closed. Very limited hanging or wardrobe space for more than one person.

We liked everything here. The location is right between North Conway and Bartlett/ Jackson. Right in the middle. Couldn't be better situated. A little Log Cabin we had was perfect. It was a great Retreat for us and we will definitely go back again. Comfortable. Had everything we wanted in the room. It was a great stay.

I think the only thing I could say that I didn't like was that the hot tub didn't deliver air through the nozzles. Usually you turn a little knob and it allows air and to give you that force, bubbles. This tub didn't do that. I even looked at it a little bit myself but it seems the problem is down on the pump more than likely. That would have made this 100% a perfect stay.

The room was perfect size for the five of us. Kids loved the pool! Check in and out was a breeze. Loved the send a text checkout made the process so fast.

My only complaint was the trash can between the rooms our neighbors put poop diapers in it and we had to walk by it to get to our door. It was mostly a rude guest issue but just get rid of the trash cans at the door.

The room was big enough with enough beds cute little fireplace loved the bathroom rustic look. I like that feel. Good shower pressure. We had a good time. We would stay again.

We went during winter so getting the kids back n fourth to pool was freezing and challenging but that wasn't a be all end all. It's just in a separate building so depending where you stay could be a walk in snow and ice. I imagine summer is just fine. Also I wish that restaurant on property did take out. These really aren't reason to sway us from ever staying again though.

We love this place. Went once for our anniversary and now its our go to weekend getaway spot. Tuckerman's attached is a great place to get drinks and food!!!

Not that we didnt like it but some of the jets in our hot tub did not work. I would just advise them to check them when cleaning the room and maybe perform some preventative maintenance. Other than that there is nothing we didnt like.

The privacy of the suite we were in was great and the unit was comfortable and homey....but saying there's a kitchenette in the unit is a little misleading!! There's a mini fridge and a coffee maker however...no silverware, no dishes, no S&P, a few small disposable plastic cups and 2 disposable coffee cups. An old bathroom sink was used for the kitchenette sink area, not stainless steel. Seemed the notion of a kitchenette in the unit was a laughable understatement. We ended up buying the things we needed to use the kitchenette as a kitchen. Paying 700.00 for 2 nights you would have thought that these minor amenities would be included.
