Location. Is on the beach.

Room was clean, specious. In the bathroom sink was clogged. So this gave us really hard time. Also they must have microwave in the rooms. As a vegetarian we are limited what we can eat so if we have microwave we can buy food farther from hotel and can warm up when we get to room. I requested when i booked room but request was not considered.

The room was great, bed comfortable, tv good and i love the bathroom, with the marble decor. The view dynamite!

the Bally's Hotel guest store was closed, went i went downstairs at 9:20 pm on a Tuesday night for some snacks.

I like the front desk staff Caitlin, she was courteous and friendly. I had called earlier before arriving the property and the staff who answered my call was very rude I don’t know their name because they didn’t tell me. I became bewildered after speaking to that staff over the phone as I didn’t know what to expect next. Once we went to check in I prayed for a kind staff and there was ms Caitlin who treated us with great costumer service and very polite.

The staff answering the call before we arrived the property was very rude. Housekeeping didn’t come to at least take out the trash and used towels. We tried calling but was on hold for over 30mins and decided to give up on housekeeping. We tie up the trash in one bag to reduce the mess and place the used towels in one location so the room will look a bit tidy.

After we got an upgrade the room was great 😊, beautiful , modern , clean, spacious with beautiful view . Jose at reception and Jeronimo at the bar were a delight . Special mention to Tony at the bar as well . The hotel is on the boardwalk , very convenient and 10$ parking for the whole stay ( you need a hotel receipt.) swimming pool is nice and big . Macau restaurants is very tasty with big portions

Our booking was in Dennis tower and honestly it was very old , smelly and dark . The upgrade is 80$ a night and it worth it . Food was disappointing, only the Macau was good . The showers at the pool were cold . Our first impression was the dark and dirty stairway and the horrible room after a long wait to check in . I’m glad it was all better after that

I enjoyed that I was able to check in early and enjoyed my mother's day on the beach and later a great meal and dessert at Longo's. The accommodations were very good and the king-size bed was so comfy.. The room checkout was great because I had to leave before 7am

Well, it wasn't clear that If you used in room checkout whether or not you could use elevator without the room key and front desk was not answering at the 5:30 am hour so I kept the keys and dropped them off in the lobby box so I could be sure to get on the elevator.

The property had easy and inexpensive parking for hotel guests, and it was a very quick check in. The location is right on the boardwalk and we were within a 10 minute walk to the shopping outlets. The room was spacious and clean, with nice natural lighting.

Pool closes at 6pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends, but is only 21+. I feel there should be later pool hours especially if it’s only for adult access anyways. Room AC was also set to 74 when we came in, so it was HOT in the room when we arrived. It didn’t ever really cool down fully even after blasting the AC, and unfortunately I love to sleep in a freezing room as I have medical issues that cause heat flashes. There is also not a microwave in the room, however that’s not a huge deal as we only stayed 2 nights, but just something to keep in mind.

I loved that they have a Dunkin right downstairs and how easy it was to navigate. I love how close it was to all my favorite spots and the staff was super friendly and helpful during my stay. They had a long line at check in so I would recommend going to check in as soon as you can but the staff handled it with ease and when I got to the front of the line to be helped, they were still super friendly and informative. We went to the casino and the staff was very helpful with telling us where to go and once again, extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. We had never stayed at Ballys so everything was new to us but with the help from the amazing staff, it was a breeze. Our room was significantly larger than I had anticipated and very cozy. We had an ice machine and vending machines just a few feet from our room and despite us being just one floor above the casino, you couldn’t hear a peep, it was so quiet and relaxing. There were so many different restaurants to dine in as well as the most amazing bar I have ever seen! The Carousel was the coolest experience as far as bar life goes! My husband asked me if the bar was spinning and I just thought he was crazy but he was absolutely right! It wasn’t spinning fast enough to make you dizzy but just fast enough to be relaxing! The bartender was amazing and the drinks were made to perfection. Our entire stay was amazing! Between the casino, the staff, the restaurants, location, the bar and the shops it was a 10/10 and we would recommend staying at this lovely hotel and casino. We would absolutely, without hesitation, stay here again! Thank you to the entire Ballys staff for making our stay as comfortable as it could be!

The only complaint that I have is that the beds are a little hard.

Fun atmosphere, great experience at the slots and roulette table. Excellent breakfast at Johnny Rockets. Security staff was very nice and helpful. The guys down in valet parking were really friendly, helpful and nice. Asian restaurant was very good. Had a nice stay.

Restaurant closing hours are too early, room and bathroom could be cleaner and front desk lady needs to have a better attitude. She got miffed when I asked if I could take a pic of my receipt or agreement after signing it. She was more concerned with moving on to the next customer. If you have some quota or bonus for the amount of guests checked in, you need to drop it. Guests should not be rushed through check in.

My whole family love’s Rachel the front desk lady that checked us in she is one of the best employees there we are always there at Bally’s and it’s always a pleasure seeing her there to check us in she always such a great spirit person that gives people great energy and goes beyond to make sure people are comfortable in there rooms if there is any problems it’s fixed right away she love her job especially to help her customers… I just wanna say to Rachel thank you for your great service and our family loves you….

The room was very comfortable after a day with travel, beach & walking the boardwalk. Upon departure the Players desk provided a free parking voucher as I earned the points the day before & didn’t know that the parking voucher had to be printed on the same day. I appreciated that very much!! We will definitely stay at Bally’s in the future!!

More information could be given when getting players card (such as using kiosk & points for free parking) I earned enough points for free parking, however, I did not realize that the voucher had to be printed the same day as points earned.
