The staff were very accommodating. We prefer housekeeping not clean our room during our stay, however, we requested extra coffee, cream, sugar daily, from the staff which they happily provided. Breakfast is not offered at the site, one drawback I was not too happy with, however had hot coffee and tea daily in their cafe. The staff had a woman and her dog get dropped off by the local police and although the site does not allow pets, they made an exception for 2 nights, as this was the 4th of July weekend with nothing available to this woman and well behaved, elderly dog. The staff first went above and beyond, calling all the local hotel/motels in the area inquiring on the woman's behalf. WOW!

I was staying here after being kicked out by my wife. The staff was more than accommodating in my situation, and even let me know if I needed to extend my stay a few days the room I was in was still available. The staff was very kind helping me get into the gym and the pool area and answered all my questions the best they could.

I honestly have nothing that I didn’t like about the facility. It was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

Breakfast was good, 🐕‍🦺 er was pleasant and friendly.

Elevator near my section stopped working the first night and was out of order for my 2 day stay which required me to walk and back track a significant distance to get to my car. This was a problem for me because I have mobility issues. Since the occurrence was during the week I was surprised that no one serviced it.

I originally came from the UK to visit my son in hospital & although there were ups & downs with my son the staff made my stay extremely happy helping me with the area & places to eat. I can't thank them all enough. They are so warm & welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I felt like part of the big happy family here!!! So well done!!!!

Absolutely nothing!

Staff was very welcoming and very helpful. We only stayed a night but it was a wonderful experience and I have recommended this hotel to everyone.

The pool was closed at 10 pm but was full of kids all throughout the day. As an early education teacher it was absolutely wonderful to see children playing together but I wish I would have been able to use the pool to relax.

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was ok. Shower could use an update.

The first night there was a power outage in the area that included the hotel. Staff did not do anything to assist with situation and didn’t have any answers about what was happening. Thankfully we had a couple of small flashlights in our car that we could use in our room.

The bed was comfortable. The sheets had a good texture and pillows had good padding. The bathroom was clean and had good amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels). The A/C was not very loud. The room smelled nice and wasn't dirty. I got lucky and enjoyed being in a corner room to avoid hearing other people in other rooms.

Wasn't a fan of lacking power outlets. Everything was taken up except the main table lamp. Two elevators are available but one of them was out of service and the other one was working but clearly had some underlying issues with noise and upkeeping. I did not try the breakfast and restaurant but I was disappointed there was no free breakfast option. Seems like a lot of places are like that these days so I'm not surprised.

I used to come to this hotel 10-15?years ago when it was then Tom’s river hotel and I thought it was great thanks well. Very very clean not a spec of dust. I’m very hard to please like that but the bathroom smelt like bleach the carpet had no stains. The pool was excellent and so was the fitness center. So thank you again for a wonderful stay and we will always use days hotel as our little getaway

The Hotel was very clean. All of the staff were very nice, especially the evening housekeeper. He brought what we needed and explained how to use the hot water machine. There were no instructions.

The tub did not have a none slip bottom. The original was worn off and when they remodeled they didn't bother to redo it. You can see the dark gray mark left on the tub floor. I brought the safety risk to the attention to the woman at the desk. I slipped 3 times and grabbed the shower curtain to keep from falling. My husband did not like the mattress, it was too soft and he felt like he kept sliding toward the middle of the bed.

Very nice pool, fairly close to a lot of things including 15 minutes from seaside and a nice option if you don’t want to stay on the busy island

No microwave in rooms so we weren’t able to bring any leftovers back to room. Ended up stuffed 24/7 or wasting a lot of food
