The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Although the location was great in regards to being close to the historic old town and the inn was safe, the neighborhood it is in did not feel entirely safe.

Great place to stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool after being in the car for 16 hours and I really appreciated the fact that they could burn off some pent up energy. Location was great, easy off and back onto I-10. Gas station and McDonalds near by which was a plus. Breakfast selection was great and tasted wonderful. The hotel was able to check us in early, BIG PLUS, and all the staff was very nice. We'll definitely stay again.

Furnishings could be updated, but everything was functional. Some spilled coffee on the end table between the beds that must have been missed during cleaning. Other than that, no problems.

The breakfast area was nice. The room was fine

The exercise room was very limited in equipment. Just a treadmill and a stair climber. The elevator broke down and was stuck in it. They came to the floor and finally got the doors open. One of the people at the desk told me that the elevator had been messing up and wasn’t supposed to be open or available for us to use until they completely got it fixed

It was nice clean comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating The clerk (Will) was his name was very helpful. I stayed twice on my trip. February 12th and February 24. He helped me with my luggage going and coming. He was nice courteous helpful. I can’t say enough about him.

Super clean, super friendly, amazing breakfast! AC was critical for sleep, and the machine was a champ! Well stocked bathroom.

Bathroom was falling apart in the "corners" (molding tile separating, shower tub spout not sealed to the shower molding). In the dirt vacant lot to the south and west there was homeless camps and dwellers. They would travel on foot between their camp and the gas station, forcing them to pass in front of the entrance of our parking lot. I did see law enforcement on day 3 apparently engaging a camp as we were leaving.

The Staff were very respectful and was able to answer all my questions and show me how the heating system worked. Usually my husband handles this. I had to leave a day early and they were very understandable and said I should be able to get a 1 day refund.

The staff was so incredibly helpful!! Everything was immaculate! Very nice breakfast!!!

The building was close to the freeway, so it was a bit noisy-but the staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was very good and everything was very, very clean.

Since you are renovating, toilet in guest room should be chair height if possible. Nearly impossible for my elderly mother to stand up from it without help. Much to low for someone with mobility issues.

The pool was filthy and most of the jets in the semi-hot tub didn't work. Pool was cold. Late check out was 12 instead of like most places where it is 1pm. No heat or exhaust fans in restrooms. $6.00 for a soda in vending machines (seriously?)
