The room is big and comfortable. Has a large closet and a roomy bathroom. I love that one can take the stairs to go to the room, and not only the elevator as in other hotels. Breakfast: the coffee and fruit were very good.

Something was wrong with their machine and we couldn´t pay with our credit card. We had to pay with cash. :( The breakfast was not so good and it was scarce, apart from the coffee and fruit, that were tasty and abundant. Terrible that they use disposable dishes for everything. Unicel plastic! As if the world didn't have enough trash already. At home, we sepparate everything and try not to generate so much trash. I was shocked the way they do things in this place.

The gentleman that was working the front desk was very polite and was patient with my mother continually calling him prior to my and my brothers arrival. It was our first time traveling without our parents and she was worried about our safety. The staff assured my Mother that we would be safe and that we were in good hands. He was helpful and understanding of the situation. I absolutely recommend this Hotel and will be staying again.

Breakfast was okay but the food ran out within the first 30 minutes meaning if you weren't there right at 6 we weren't getting too eat breakfast

A staff member named Jay-Jay racial profiled my brother, Jay-Jay embarrassed us in front of the whole breakfast table. Just because my brother has tattoos on his face and all over his body. Jay-Jay stated 2 my brother and a staff member do you have a room here . And when they found out if you did have a room of customer got very upset with JJ racially profiling my brother, I think we should be compensated for the embarrassment we enjoyed in front of about 30 people at the breakfast room if you like to contact me back my email is FreddyTorrez [email protected]. The room was clean and well laid out, as it appears it was for more handicap access which allowed more space in the bathroom. The morning hot breakfast was fresh, well stocked and filling.

The hotel and room seemed a little bit “worn” of what we could see and with a little refreshing would add to the pleasant stay.

Location. It’s nice to find a place on the west side when we’re heading to Phoenix for the winter. Spacious room. Like the large bathroom counter. Love having the option of a continuous fan. Pet friendly!! Security conscious.

Could use a few new pillows. Would have like a refrigerator. Breakfast just ok but would definitely stay here again!!

We didn't get to eat breakfast at the site we left early. The place was good also were the staff, I would like to bring my family back again we all enjoyed our stay especially my girls with the swimming pool and me for the hot tub, thank you

The location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Professional on every level.

Requested a roll-in shower and got one with a bathtub. This is useless for a person who cannot stand or walk. The staff didn't seem to know there are "mobility" rooms which are not "disability" rooms. Claimed all disability rooms have roll-in showers. Obviously not. I call ahead specifically to ensure a reserved roll-in shower to no avail. No one told me that after inserting the room key, the door opened by functioning the handle UPWARD!! Backward. It took three trips to the front desk and an escort to resolve this simple issue.

Staff was amazing! Cheyenne (I believe) was so kind and positive. She greeted us with a smile, recommended dinner options, and was so fast to fix a small issue we encountered with our room. ( The door handle was broken, and we couldn't get in) We were quickly moved to another room. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked great. Pretty standard breakfast. I have no complaints.

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower with good amenities. I liked the soap and shampoo products provided. The room was dark enough at night with the shades provided as I thought this might be an issue during the day being right along the freeway but it was just fine at night.

Requested an additional blanket in the evening and there weren’t anymore available. The hotel was pretty full so this is understandable but it would be nice to have had an additional blanket available. Breakfast was ok, not the best I’ve seen at a hotel. Eggs were a little cold and everything else was similar to any other hotel breakfast. It would be nice to have more outlets available near the beds for charging phones and other devices, as only one was available there, and the other socket was needed for the light fixture.

The location was easily accessible. The price was reasonable .

The water didn't drain in the tub. We reported it, but nothing was done to fix it. Our room did not get cleaned. Used towels didn't get changed. The bathroom door didn't get closed easily.
