The room was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh.

The property was surrounded by homeless on the streets and on the front of the lobby. The city is not interested in public safety or tourism. I was awaken by noise several times and had to check the parking lot for trouble. I don't think that the hotel has any power to make it safer except to keep an armed guard on the property. The mayor and governor should be ashamed.

Very nice check in. All information needed was fully explained including where to park and where the rooms were located. Not a great neighborhood but police in the area frequently which was reassuring. I have stayed there before and will choose it again.

That fact it is in Albuquerque. Not my favorite city

Victor checked us in. Very friendly and helpful. Liked that there was breakfast. They had a cart to bring in our suitcases--not something we see at a hotel.

No refrigerator or microwave in our room. Found out not all rooms had these amenities. There is a plan to put these in all the rooms, but since we had paid less thru Booking, we got the room without the refrigerator and microwave.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the shower was great and it was a perfect spot for necessary rest. The person who greeted me upon arrival was very friendly and helpful. Right off the interstate.

Lots of loiterers standing around just outside of the property, stepping out into the street in front of cars and generally pacing about. It made me feel like my car might be vandalized as I slept.

I liked the overall experience. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. Didn't have to worry about anything. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and I highly recommend the stay here if you happen to travel and pass through.

I have no complaints. All staff was courteous and professional. Im a happy traveler and glad I came to this place. Best place I've stayed at so far.

Easy to find. Very clean inside and out. The young man at the desk couldn’t have been nicer.

Bad part of town. Lots of homeless people everywhere. When I was leaving I was approached by a young man for money. He was sleeping on the property. He was very polite but many are not. We were 2 women traveling alone, so a little on edge about the area.

Beds are comfortable and rooms are comfortable as well

One of your employee all were nice except the lady in the front isn’t friendly everytime I stay there when I’m checking in or out she never smiles I try to have a conversation with her and she makes me feel like unwanted she’s the one with the piercing on her lips always has a high bun I think she works evening or mornings

Not the best area but very friendly and helpful staff and super comfortable bed and blankets

No microwave and fridge in room, and very generic breakfast options. Would have liked to see eggs, bacon and biscuits and gravy as part of the meal choices.

The room was newly renovated, and very clean.

The location was iffy. There were transients wandering around and I did not feel safe. There were many signs around the property warning to protect yourself and your car.

The bed was amazing, very comfortable. Clean, quiet, good breakfast.

There were several homeless people wandering around the property, digging in the trash... made me a little nervous unloading my luggage.
