The experience was made much better by the manager who excelled in customer service. She explained everything about the facility going through some rehab and she got me in with points into one of the few upgraded rooms.

I can't really complain knowing they are going through an ownership change, room upgrades and it's the off season.

I couldn't tell u I never got to stay it had already been booked 2 weeks already and mine wasn't one of them so no disrespect to echono lodge cuz it was all booking.com that had booked me without doing there homework.

Booking a room and got turned away cuz the rooms were all booked up and my booking.com already gave me confirmation that I was all set ..so had to book another room elsewhere so after all was said and done I still haven't gotten my money loaded back on my card for there mishap .

Staff was helpful, and all around hard working and pleasant. Traveled with my 19yr old son to attend a wedding and son became sick and stayed back at the room, He informed me that the staff running the hotel was so kind and helpful to him going above and beyond in hospitality. My son and I have decided that we will be returning regularly as we enjoyed our stay in this town and hotel so much. Thank You, A grateful mother

Stay was great. I chose to pay at property and was able to get an awesome discount. Chatted with manager for a bit. I was on the mountainside of hotel and even with the highway being right there the views were awesome

I wish there would've been more snow on the mountains this year 😪

Location. Very quiet. Pet friendly.

We love the location and the friendliness of the staff. We stayed four nights and had no complaints as everything was excellent.

Only one small issue there needs to be a soap bar holder for soap and shampoo in the handicap shower.

Clean and a beautiful location. Good breakfast and the staff was great

The up stairs tenant was extremely noisy… pacing the floor all day and night. Second day they left and it was quiet. The hot water wasn’t working on the second night and the next morning.

Breakfast was not provided, office was closed. Aupon arrival it took extra time for "newly" hired staff to accept cash for rooms. However once owner arrived check in well ok.

Checking in process took to long, especially after a long motorcycle ride. Still need copy of receipt, room 105.
