This was a great venue for me to explore Carmel, Beacon, Hughsonville and many other beautiful NY hamlets. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved having a fridge for my drinks and milk for my tea! Typical Brit! I didn't use the gym as I didn't have enough time. Plenty of space to park and great to have a smart TV so I could connect my own hard drive to watch movies.

The breakfast included wasn't the best. Very processed, but at least there was some fruit.

Location is perfect for us since our family lives in Mahopac,NY Staff is wonderful. We have been takfasahere quite a few times. could improve on breakfast. More fruit would be good.

Due to the bitter cold we had no hoy water two days in a row in the morning.

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bedding, clean floors, neutral smells, ALLERGY FRIENDLY!!!! If you have severe allergies to pet dander.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! Super, super clean. Slept straight through, probably 10 hours.

No gluten free/dairy free options for breakfast

It was well maintained and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and water pressure in shower was great.

The room and lobby were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast items were good.

The breakfast area was cramped and could be set up differently for access to items. Waffle maker should be at the opposite end of the entrance to the room and beverages should have a sign displayed on how to use the machine. Regular milk should also be available. Plastic knives were not available.

Bait and switch on the booked price. Booked online, upon arrival and checking in, the second night was going to be billed quite a bit higher than the first night. I cancelled the second night's reservation.

Wish the breakfast had some more options but the room was phenomenal, bed was super clean and comfortable, everything was great.

Not enough breakfast options for someone gluten free and dairy free

It was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was okay. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was acceptable.

The only way to safely get to a restaurant is by car, though there were several places that delivered. I felt it was over-priced.

New, clean and quiet and not far from the highway.

Way too expensive. $349 for one night was outrageous. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee was the worst.

The property seems modern and clean. Breakfast was standard waffle iron cereal banana bagels orange juice etc. coffee tea and cocoa available 24 hours.

A little highway noise. The front desk staff was average. Not much else around it in terms of food or entertainment.
