I liked comfortable sleep mattress and clean. Very easy sleep and quiet at weekday. Nice some game activity setup. Pool is wonderful and clean. Mostly, area quiet during weekdays, Wifi is very good and smooth connect. Next restaurant offered 10% off order, When you stay hotel. Great deal and good food with arcade games.

I dont like lights, Lights are old and some dark. Need to upgrade new led lights and better. Worse, light at bathroom. Need replace upgrade led light. Also, need maintenance bathroom. Example wall are some cracked. Breakfast is okay. Eggs are so cold. Coffee not great taste,

This is on amazing hotel. It was clean everywhere the breakfast was a plus it was warm breakfast the best. The CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT online or text is the best& it was so easy. The pool was clean & my kids was happy. All employees was so respectful & willing to help. I love that this hotel still as a refrigerator and microwave in the room.The rooms was super clean & the hotel smell like a bath & body store. There was no stain anywhere everything looked new updated. I love the arcade room & the gym & laundry room all clean. This hotel felt Iike home away from home.

The pool I wish they cover the pool at night just because of what ever can get into the water. Or when it rain. I wish the hallway have more lights.

The reservation process was seamless, staff was friendly and professional, accommodations were exceptional, facility clean, beautiful, and close to I84.

I've stayed here many times in the past 10 years so seeing the property and accommodations upgraded has been PERFECT!! However, their breakfast buffet has NOT kept up with the standards. The scrambled eggs are powdered and taste horrible...they remind me of my childhood when we lived on government surplus food. The sausage was good, however, not having bacon, home fries, and fresh fruit was just disappointing. I didn't have time to toast a bagel but they seem to have a good selection. The muffins looked sad so I avoided them.

Nice sized room - very comfortable space. Bed was a bit firmer than ideal but not overly so. Air conditioning worked very well. In-room refrigerator was welcome. Availability of pool was nice, although we didn't use it. Staff members were courteous and friendly. Room was reasonably priced for the area.

Wardrobe closet doors were not working properly. Room lighting could have been better. Breakfast choices were adequate but could have been better.

The breakfast was good . Much better than the usual continental breakfast. The breakfast area is pleasant and well situated.

Sadly the hearing system in the room was in poor working order. It kept increasing the temperature so that it was hot in the room and stuffy. I had to get up four different times to adjust it . It certainly did not provide for a very restful night. After being in the road for 11 hours this was not a great opportunity to become reinvigorated.

We were able to take our little yorkie. It was the first time he stayed at a hotel. Our room has a section w/o carpet, where he stayed while we were out. It was also 20 minutes away from the town of Brewster, where we parked our car and took the train to grand central station-there, a shuttle dropped us off at Times Square.

We wish there was a larger variety of breakfast options.

I love the friendliness of the staff and how welcome they make you feel from the moment you check in, until the time you check out! It's wonderful to have the lobby decorated for Christmas so you don't feel so alone if you're away from loved ones.

There's not enough shampoo and conditioner samples . I have very long and thick hair and it takes at least 3 samples of each when I shower. The sample bottles themselves can be challenging for older folks or ones with disabilities.

Sparkling clean and daily housekeeping service, great! Most furnishing are new, great! Television uses an easy-to-navigate system. Great! Thermostat is simple to use. Microwave and Fridge in the room, great! Microwave and Fridge in the bedroom, not the sitting room, not so great. Coffee available in the lobby almost always, great! Coffee counter needs a good scrubbing. Not so great. All in all, a comfortable and clean, reasonably priced hotel. Plenty of parking, parking lot is well lit. Large lobby with snacks and sundries for sale. Easy access to major thoroughfare and interstate highway. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is nothing to write home about.

This lady at the reception was amazing, I had booked the wrong date on my accommodation and I called booking.com and they were no help. They kept telling me they could not reach the hotel and I was able to call the hotel directly without issue. They also claimed they emailed the hotel and the hotel said there was no such email. The lady ended up changing the date to the date I wanted, she sent me my receipt and assured me that I wouldn't have any issues. It is an amazing experience.

Very easy off and back into the Interstate and hotel right at the end of the off ramp. Very little road noise. The room was very big, (King RM), clean and quiet. Great pillows. Check in was quick and easy. They had a hot breakfast but we were on the road before it was placed out. Hotel was quiet. Nice arcade room off the lobby.

The hotel is a bit dated. Ex: no fan in washrooms. It is no frills but overall met our expectations and served us well after a long commute. Too bad the family restaurant attached was closed. It was pouring rain and we would have eaten there. Had to go out to pick up food as there was very little on site. Lots of places close by.
