I liked how everything was clean, and well taken care of. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and offered many options. The 24 hour store was a plus everything we needed was within the hotel. I loved how much seating was offered not only indoors but outside as well. The sunrise was beautiful when sitting out front on the rocking chairs they offer.

Why I did not like was they were doing construction on the floor we stayed on. The carpet was gone and they just put paper down so your feet would not get stuck to the glue. I felt that was a bit tacky.

We loved the visit, it was my 4yo daughters first time staying at a hotel so I wanted it to be nice, for her! It was!! She was so excited and had so much fun. My husband had to attend to other family matters, so my daughter and I had a nice date night in the downstairs restaurant, which was lovely!! Luckily, that helped her completely forget about the room service blunder.

I really thought I saw that the hotel had room service when I was booking it. It’s actually the main reason we choose it, for the room service. That was the only thing that my daughter wanted. So we were very disappointed to discover they did not have room service, upon our arrival. But it was a beautiful hotel, friendly staff, quiet, and it served our needs at that time. I would recommend it

Very clean, comfortable bed and a very quiet location despite being close to the highway. Great restaurant with very good food,excellent service and a pretty outdoor setting.

Pet friendly. Lovely lobby/patio area. Quiet, secluded feel to the grounds. Not on top of other hotels or businesses. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and modern (furnishings were new). Elevator is key coded which adds a layer of security. Had lunch in restaurant on site - good food!

$100 pet fee is a bit Irish, if I do say so myself. You would not know a dog had been in the room.

The facilities. The hotel has a luxury feel, and the rooms are beautiful.

The breakfast is very poor for a four star hotel(just cereal, porridge or bagels). The heater/ac in the room doesnt have an auto set, meaning that if we have it in heating, it was too hot (taking a while to cool down), if we set ac the room got really cold. The pillows were all very thick, and no additional options were available.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, great lighting, convenient plug ins, clean, new, attractive--I was extremely happy with all of it. I ate at Terra, and had an excellent meal with great service. Since I was traveling alone, I really appreciate being able to eat at a fantastic restaurant right at the hotel. I got up early and there was delicious fresh coffee to see me on my way. All in all, I great stay.

A very modern, gorgeous hotel. The room was SO nice and comfortable. I wished I had another day to stay after my business purpose was over.

The front desk staff could've been a little more upbeat/engaged, but I suppose Danbury is a pretty low-key place compared to other places I've traveled.

It was my 2nd stay and will return. Love the restaurant and bar(Terra). Upon checking in I was given my room on the 3rd floor. Front desk clerk pointed me towards the elevator, but I asked the location of the stairwell. I mentioned my wife doesn't take elevators. Without asking, she quickly changed my room to the 2nd floor and right next to stairwell. Much Appreciated!
