The location was convenient for my needs. The room was ready when I needed it, it was clean, and the staff was friendly and cooperative. Coffee in the room and good sized TV with comfortable bed.

Nothing. The hotel was clean. There was an elevator, so I did not have to carry my heavy suitcase upstairs. Breakfast was available, but not included.

The room was nicely decorated, and the bathroom was spacious. I came to the dining room near the end of breakfast on a Sunday, but the staff was gracious and I didn't feel rushed. The hotel is in a quiet location. I saw that they were also installing 6-8 additional electric charging stations. This is a nice place to stay in the Mount Kisco area.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was only a little noise leaking in from the hallway, not enough to be bothersome. The bar had some good local beers and a great bartender.

The refrigerator was a bit noisy. The remote for the TV didn't work very well.

Everything was clean and lovely. I especially loved the bows on the toilet paper and tissue box. That was cute and made us feel welcome. it was truly a very comfortable room.

I thought the continental breakfast Booking advertised this hotel had would have been included in the not-cheap price of the room (more expensive than our recent stay at a hotel overlooking Niagara Falls). We were in the area to spend time with my disabled aunt and for the price we paid for the room, we would have appreciated a bagel or something small to get us started before heading out for the day. We chose to got without just on principle. It just seems like every company is looking to make extra money in every single way they can. Disappointing.

Recently renovated. Fresh smell. Heat worked well.

Unfortunately the shower head was loose/broken and I couldn’t use it. We stayed only one night. there was no time to notify the staff

One shower Curtin not long enough to stay in the tub. The curved shower bar also made it hard to sty in the tub. Hence water on the floor. Had to use q towel to get the water up.

There is no real milk or cream for the coffee in the morning. The TV took a little work to figure out how to watch it.
