From someone who travels frequently this Springhill hotel was fantastic. We stayed in a “King suite” which exceeded our expectations. The rooms were immaculate, spacious and comfortable far above other well known hotel chain establishment suites. The livingroom sitting area was large and comfortable and had a kitchenette. Liked that the bathroom sink was accessible and outside the shower and toilet room. The king bed was also comfortable with adequate lighting with updated USB charging ports. We will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Some hall and neighboring room noises were noticeable but did not deter us from enjoying our evening. The breakfast area was small and a bit crowded. We would have liked to have had more fresh fruit options.

Unfortunately I couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast since I was fasting for surgery that day at the hospital 2 doors up the hill.

The doors are QUITE loud when they slam after the slow close mechanism lets go and the super extra heavy duty(awesome super safe seemingly)lockset engages and the door shuts; A great unit that auto-deadbolts. I understand that heavy mechanism requires some momentum to get it to engage(close). It’s probably not reasonable to expect super quiet slow closing doors for the price I paid and I know that’s the way other places’ doors are too (the noisy part but these are better than average quality). Luckily I was up super early in the morning for my surgery since the doors started slamming around 6 a m give or take. In general, a very nice place and worth the money.

We reserved the room a few hours before checkin as we decided to have a stop between our trip from Lancaster, PA to Boston, MA. I trusted the good reviews online and yet the place exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious enough for our family of 5 including 3 young children. The small living room area becomes necessary when a baby needs to sleep earlier than everyone else. On top of that, the breakfast was very welcomed! Loved the 12 pm check out. It was nice to (for once!) not rush and take our time before checking out. Employees are very friendly. Highly recommend!

I liked that it was easy to find right off the interstate which was especially helpful considering the stay was not planned. Didn't see many eating places near the hotel but the hotel did have a few snacks for purchase inside which was useful. I've stayed at other Springhill Suites and the walls sound proof is generally very poor. However thankfully at this location this was not the case. Our room was directly in front of the elevator and we didnt even hear when folks would get on and off which was great. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was fair. Ready made sandwiches kept in a warmer, assorted juices, banana, yogurt, milk, cold cereal, bagels, tea and coffee.

It was quite expensive to stay just one night which I didn't like $189 plus tax. Also the room was not clean very well. There was hair in the tub, food left in the mini fridge and a hanger that didnt belong to the hotel. It wasn't a deal breaker only because I brought my own supplies to clean and sanitize the room. But since covid is still around it would be nice if hotels took the extra care needed to minimize risks.

I love how clean and comfortable everything was. Very easy check in and out process.

The conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was in the tub and not attached to the wall therefore it looked like it wasn't sticking in the bathroom. the dispensers itself were being stuck with self adhesive stickers that weren't obviously working. Also wish every room came equipped with utensils they gave you a microwave and a fridge which basically implies to bring your left overs inside your room but there's no utensils in the room they are located in front lobby which is a bit out of the way.

I really like the rooms - they each have a separate sitting area and a little kitchen area. In general, the hotel is clean and quiet, and I liked the option to upgrade your wifi speed if you need it. Also, cookies at the front desk and a 24-hour coffee/hot cocoa station.

Although there are shops and restaurants nearby, there isn't a restaurant in the hotel and no pedestrian walkways to or along the road, so there's not really a "staying in" option at night.

The room was clean, well equipped with towels and blankets, all electronics worked, and very comfortable for my family of 5. Breakfast was delicious and every one of staff was pleasant and helpful. Truly considerate of situation and allowed for a change in reservation to avoid the snow storm. We are so grateful.

breakfast was good..everything was great,clean etc etc..asked if there was any hot water for tea our first nite and staff came out from behind desk and went into kitchen facility and got for us..excellent service all around..keep up the great job and thank yoiu

We enjoyed our stay. We traveled for a family gathering. The suite was perfect.

The breakfast was awful. We waited till 9am because there were other groups. There was nothing left and it was not restocked. When we expressed our concern, the hostess told us she had large groups and it was over Memorial Day weekend, all the more reason to be stocked up. The quality of foods was poor. They did not even supply individual creamers, just a pitcher of cream or milk. We couldn't even get a slice of toast, bagel or pastry. I would like a refund for breakfast.

Everything was comfortable and clean. Appreciated the room layout with ample seating allowing family members to spread out and enjoy the 2 smart tvs while unwinding after a long roadtrip. The mattresses were supportive and cozy. Staff was frirndly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food at the breakfast buffet.
