I loved the convenience of the location to the event I was attending

I didn't like how cheap the room looked and for the amount I paid for the room. The bed head was ripped, the blanket had stain marks, and i had to request a new one. And the room smelled funky they use a air freshener to mask it, which irritated my nose. The tiny closet wasn't even functionable. The hangers need to be changed. They definitely need to do better at making the room much more presentable.

The breakfast was good… very convenient

I’ve stayed there twice & though the rooms are nice & comfy there’s a lot of mold being found in the bathrooms on the ceiling and all on the paint in the bathroom. I’m guessing it’s from the moisture but something should be done about that. Also when we used the ice machine mold came out on the ice cubes. I told the front desk that someone needed to clean or change the filter but they were nonchalant about it. I even showed pics to the front desk of the “dirty ice” that came out in our ice bucket. Very unhealthy situation

The location was perfect. The front desk representative was helpful in assisting me with my request upon checking in. The initial room assigned did not meet my expectations, and she politely changed it to a more comfortable one... Also,the maintenance personnel was helpful and professional in rectifying the problem I was having in a timely manner.

The constant interruption of the internet service.

The lady at the Front Desk was very friendly and professional. She was very accommodating to my check in time since I made it a little later than expected.

The ice machine is located on the main floor but that was not a big issue.

The place was all clean and nice, slept well and also the area was pretty silent a part from a few police sirens in the night.

There were no negative sides - the price is high considering the position, but I guess in line with the market requirements. You need a car to move around

That a bunch of young girls (prostitutes) in the Hotel was walking through the halls with there g string panties and coming down stairs half naked I don't think that is appropriate for couples staying at the hotel or any person to see that I stayed there 9 days

Location terrible. Dining in the basement. No hot food choices other than waffles and oatmeal. No bacon sausage . No scrambled eggs or omelets. My husband and most men are meat eaters. He was disappointed and

It was very quiet, clean and also private. Staff was polite.

I checked in online however, still waited 20 minutes to get my room key. More than one front desk clerk should be available.

It offered what I needed for my stay, which was a place to sleep and their breakfast was pretty good by today’s standards

I hated the location, in the middle of an almost industrial block I remember the NYC sanitation depot and other work shops surrounding the hotel

Needed a little more space in my room, breakfast was fine and my room was clean.

My room was real small.
