Nice staff, comfortable rooms and decent breakfast, although the orange juice had run out before breakfast ended and wasn't restocked until breakfast had finished (with the machine being locked and a sign saying juices were only for breakfast)

The location was fine, safe enough mostly, but it's right next to an overhead subway line, a police parking depot and a big concrete station plus numerous auto body repair shops, so it and the roads around it were surrounded by bits of cars, damaged cars, cement trucks, noise etc. A walk back from the subway late at night was safe enough, but it felt a bit sketchy with young kids.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Although not in the ideal location, it was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and it was only a 5 minute walk from the subway. We never felt unsafe, even walking at night. The complimentary breakfast and free parking was a bonus.

The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and the hotel's hallway, elevator, and dining area were clean. There is no bad smell in the hotel. Free parking. Free breakfast which was decent. The metro station is a 5 min walk. Coney Island metro station is a 20 min walk with access to 4 lines

The neighbourhood was bad. It was more like an industrial area. Car body shops, plumbing, wholesale vegetable store ( which smelled really bad). Lots and lots of trucks in the neighborhood. The area didn't feel that safe walking from the metro station at midnight. Rooms are small. The view from the window was bad.

Quick check in, we were tired of travelling. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent location, quiet. 15 minute walk to the train station. Loved Coney Island itself (great for people watching, while kids enjoyed the Luna Park.

The location is horrible, next to the highway, car repair shops and a cement factory. Also the vacinity is kinda shady.

Really great proximity to the D train (Bay 50 St), which takes you directly to the “touristy” spots of Manhattan. As a group of three young females traveling, we chose to take an Uber from the train station late at night as an extra caution, though we felt quite safe walking to and from the train during the day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, no matter the time of day — I cannot say enough nice things about them! The building is well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value, especially around the holidays. The free parking was also a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent, reasonably priced, hotel.

Location us sort of industrial area but police station is directly across the street so very safe. Hot breakfast, cold items also. Coffee hot and ready 24 /7. D train is a short walk away. Near Coney Island amusement area, maybe 1/2 mile. Lots of variety foods in close proximity. Parking available and they have an electric charger for cars etc. Had a kingsize bed but room small. No big deal, only need to sleep there its The Big Apple baby!

No microwave in room but had available downstairs. Would also be nice if they had water available. A dispenser with water and say lemons could be refreshed periodically. Staff was very welcoming.

The choices of breakfast was great and staff is sure to keep a hot supply through the entire time. You have access to coffee and tea all day...

After our first night of staying and unpacking, both room trashes were full. So I put them in one with the bags tied and in the hall as i left room. I saw housekeeping and asked them to please just leave a couple bags hung on my door handle with the can. .. when I returned, the empty can was INSIDE my room with no bags for the remainder of our stay... while I easily could have gone 4 floors down and asked the front desk, I already asked the staff that's in charge of room cleanliness to do it... so we used the cans the rest of the days with no bags...... and luckily haven't noticed anything missing out of our room. This is why staff got only a decent rating and not great..

Very clean,spell really clean as well. The staff was very nice and courteous. Enough parking space in lot. Everything was up to my standards. They even let us check-in 2 hrs early because we were from out of state and got there early which was very nice.

My room was next to elevator, so it was noisy and also large family/kids came in late at night and slamming doors across the hall/going up and down with the elevator. Did not sleep well because of all the noise and housekeeping came an hr early knocking even though check out wasn't until 11am.

Very pretty landscaping out front which was a nice welcome after a 6 hour ride. Staff always pleasant and helpful when needed. Room clean and efficient and small as mentioned in other reviews. Walking distance to amusements and beach and convenience stores. Also happy to have a fridge in the room.

Well unfortunately the hotel is in a trashy neighborhood. Lots of litter everywhere among high priced auto dealerships, towing companies and auto body shops which is odd. The breakfast included with room rate isn’t great. The hot food isn’t hot but the yogurt, bagels and muffins are decent. Juice also available for us non coffee drinkers so grateful for that. Made the best of it until we found the IHOP LOL
