We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful while we were there. We had an issue and they were a bit less helpful after the stay. The hotel is clean, the bedrooms are well isolated. The hotel is in a nice lively neighborhood.

Unfortunately, we had several things missing when we got back home and some of the things that we did not take out of our bags. We have checked the bedrooms before leaving. We called the hotel 3 times for an enquiry, they told us they would call back but never did. 1 hour metro to Time square

Nice clean room close to the running park along the river and a fun neighborhood where my daughter could go buy good falafel.

The front desk staff recommended an alternative ride to Uber which was a scam. It was at least as expensive as Uber but couldn't fit the number of people in that they said. When we tried to cram in, the driver couldn't speak English and was unable to fix the problem. It was dangerous and highly uncomfortable. eventually we had to run for the subway in our wedding outfits. This happened going to the wedding and to some others in our party coming home. Seems like they try to scam all the hotel guests into their ride service that is overpriced and doesn't have seating room for the number they say it will.

The breakfast was delicious and hot and a good selection of things to choose from. the hotel was quiet and the room very comfortable. I will be staying there again on my next trip to NYC.

I didn't like that parking wasn't available.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for my purposes.

I stayed here a month ago and was very pleased. For this most recent stay, I paid a much higher rate. I understand that pricing is based on demand and it was obvious that the hotel was very full. However, for a hotel in Brooklyn, the cost seemed quite high.

Good location, neighborhood amenities, safe place

Breakfast: missing vegetables, sundaes, cheeses. We bought them in the store and took them to breakfast to eat. After our emergency at the reception, after 3 days they finally took out the trash and cleaned the room. A hotel where you don't open the windows to ventilate the room, everything is handled by air conditioning, that was horrible.

I have stayed here before. It’s not super fancy and it’s a bit dated but it’s pretty clean and quiet and the staff is pretty nice. They upgraded us at no extra charge when we checked in because we got to town really early and we had a late event so we were just hanging out relaxing in the lobby. The guy at the desk took pity on us and offered the upgrade because they had a room in the upgraded class ready so I thought that was cool

I only wish there were some vending machines or something on site. We got back from the NY Liberty Championship game which they WON and it was very late and I really wanted snacks. It’s not really busy around that neighborhood and I didn’t want to walk a couple blocks to the only convenience store I knew of. So it was a little inconvenient in that respect

This hotel shows as 2 star in sone websites, definitely a 3 star in my opinion. Clean, comfortable, spacious lobby, good facilities. No on-site parking, but I found space in the next street to park, and the car was ok for 3 days. Good size room, breakfast not very exciting..but ok. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to subway. Will use next time.

View from the room was not great, breakfast could have been little better..but these are minor points. I got lucky with finding a car parking space in next street first attempt. Have been told it can take longer, a lot longer. Check the parking signs, avoid fire hydrants and driveways.

The staff and location make this hotel a good choice. Everyone is friendly and I appreciated not being in the craziness and overcrowding of Manhattan. The room was a great size for NYC standards and the beds were very comfortable. Despite, the fact that the coffee was weak and the sausages were not browned/cooked properly (my opinion) I appreciated the free breakfast with hot and cold options.

The number one issue is PARKING, but because of the kind staff it can be overcome. If you check-in after 9 pm you must speak to the front desk because there isn't parking anywhere. If this hotel reads this...the metal soap dispensers on the "C" level of the hotel in the women's bathroom must be replaced or cleaned out and fresh soap put in them. Something "that is no longer soap" is inside them and has a disgusting smell. Thank goodness for the hand sanitizer/ soap dispenser (placed on a obscure wall) because what came out of the metal soap dispenser smelled like old urine (not exaggerating). SCARY!!!

I like the way how the hotel room looks and smell clean. I travel a few times a year and the smell of the rooms always turns me off, but this time it met my expectations. The breakfast was good, and the dining area is clean. I would stay there again.

The lobby area could definitely use some plants to enhance its appearance. The elevator is a bit slow. some of the front desk staff need to be a little friendlier.

The location was absolutely perfect for our stay. Not only were we in the heart of Bay Ridge within walking distance of about anything, but we were right across the street from the subway station which made it even more convenient. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! They got FRESH bagels from a bagel spot around the corner as well as many other items that were more standard... but hey, when in Brooklyn, it's the bagels! Beds were reasonably comfortable, nothing spectacular but on par with Best Westerns.

The towels were rough but the housekeeping did a light touch daily so they were always clean, just literally rough. That is the only thing I can say I didn't like about our stay.
