It's a very nice hotel. Beautiful location. Staff is terrific. Continental breakfast was nicely presented and delicious.

beautiful place, very clean.
rooms are not sound proof. there was a family above us and i could hear every constant running step there kid made. kept us awake.

The place is beautiful. Beautiful location on the water. Super clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We were only there one night for my birthday and asked for an early check in. They had our room ready for us at 1:00pm when we arrived which was so appreciated. We had plans to visit the wineries but upon arriving at this hotel for the first time and seeing how lovely it was and the vacay vibes, we really wanted to just cancel all plans and stay at the pool/beach for the day!

I liked the breakfast very much but beware that it’s a small open buffet in the main lobby - quite simple (but good!!) There was a professional espresso coffee machine unfortunately it wasn’t available (there was filter coffee).

Didn’t realize there was breakfast but was a great surprise and also enough for my wife & I. Would highly recommend your hotel.
Not your fault, but I wish it was nicer weather which happens. I would’ve enjoyed kayaking and using the pool, but it was fabulous otherwise.

Fantastic service, gorgeous rooms, and the private beach was stunning with amazing views.
A bit expensive, although I wouldn't say the price wasn't worth it.

Fantastic property with stunning views of Long Island Sound. 1st class accommodations. Wonderful heated pool. Very friendly and professional staff. Great location near the shops and restaurants in Greenport.
Limited breakfast not served till after 8am.
