It was in walking distance of the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. They provided a broom, which was very much needed, due to the sand. The living quarters were well maintained.

The exterior of the building is a bit run down. The stairs are particularly important for safety yet, they have nails coming loose.

I liked the location of the property to the beach and that accessibility. I also loved that it was pet friendly!

It was not the cleanest. Many of the dishes and appliances were dirty upon arrival. The outdoor shower was also not clean so it was hard to use after the beach.

Very close to the beach. In a nice little outer banks town.

Not to the fault of the property but the people below us were with a group of people. They choose the room below us as the hangout place. They played loud music and had like 6 kids running around and yelling. Which is fine for them for vacation that’s what people do. My wife and I live in the country so the constant loud noise made our dogs bark a lot. Happens.

The location is perfect! Steps away from beach access. Restaurants, bars, and stores within a 5 minute drive. Some just across the street well within walking distance. Close to so much yet private.

Not being able to stay longer.

The staff was very helpful and actually upgraded the rooms to a larger beach front at no additional charge. The cottages were very roomy but showing age and there was lots of trash on the surrounding grounds.

very quiet for a holiday perfect for my husband and myself , the rain kept us in most of the time but we were having our 51st anniversary and just to get away was good for us will be back soon

would had liked a tv in bedroom but not a problem drive way needed some work all in all it was a ten for us

location and pet friendly close to the beach and shops! We will stay here again next year!

we absolutely loved everything! We had no dislikes! It was perfect!

Room was clean, close to shops, food stores, restaurants.

The kitchen could used a few basics, dish soap, paper towels, ice trays. No maid service for 10 days, was able to exchange towels out, but sheets didn’t get changed, go to office for supplies like trash bags, toilet paper. The units are very old, but for the most part comfortable. I would not stay in the apts again as the people above us, next to us were very noisy, kids running on the floor til 11 at night.

I liked the facilities and the location. Also it was close to the pier and grocery store and tackle shop. Did not have much luck fishing this trip, but still enjoyable. The weather was comfortable. My units size was perfect for me. Very comfortable.

Could have used a dish strainer in the kitchen for dishes.

Unpretentious, even somewhat frayed (literally in places) but therefore very relaxing and convenient.

Bed sags somewhat, toilet needs fine-tuning, no salt/pepper.
