The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, having something as simple as a night light in the bathroom is a huge win. Such a simple detail, but it makes a difference with a guest's stay. When we had to call about someone being noisy upstairs (past 1100 hours), staff was super accommodating and took care of the concern.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Tricia was amazing. We traveled for a funeral and she was extremely attentive to our family. There was a big group of us staying at the hotel. She made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything. She made it a pleasure to stay.

The pancake machine didn’t work consistently which was disappointing since we looked forward to the signature breakfast included.

The property was conveniently located and very clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The complimentary breakfast was nice but unappetizing and lacked taste. We could have done without the snell of weed on our floor while exiting the elevator, but that’s just us.

breakfast was fine.. Everything seemed fresh and new. The pancake maker was a hit and lots of fun toppings! There were people cleaning everywhere... the hotel was super clean!

The parking was weird. We had to come in late and there were no spots and then the employees kind of said "well, maybe you could park in the next lot". It felt unsure, like there was not a plan. Also, the email we received to check in talked about wearing masks for COVID as a requirement. It really needs to be updated:)

I loved the atmosphere, the simple and efficient yet aesthetically pleasing rooms. My favorite feature is the bottle shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. It’s so easy to access and I have plenty to take care of necessities. I love that I don’t have to carry those things with me because the quality and quantity that I need are going to be readily accessible in the room.

I was frustrated because one night we had to park across the street because one guest was traveling with a moving truck and another had a large trailer while two other guests parked outside of the lines causing additional spaces to be taken up.

There was no shower mats in the shower. The shower floor felt very slippery. There should also be carpet or mats in the room so people don’t fall when getting out the shower and going into their room.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! I especially liked Tonya who works at the front desk. She was incredibly nice & made us feel so welcome. She definitely made our stay top tier. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family visiting the area.

Location was close to everything we needed. The facility was clean and well-kept looking. The staff was always pleasant. The lobby area was comfortable with plenty of available group-seating and hang—out area.

The staff was so welcoming. In the room I liked no carpet. I don’t like the squeeze soap. A you have to use a dirty hand to squeeze it. And also I wonder about someone injecting toxins. Plus the plastic waste seems excessive.

I liked the fact that I was able to check in very easily. My flight was delayed, so I did not arrive until 1:30 am. I was in my room within five minutes.

I was not too pleased with the breakfast selection.
