Perfect location, u are literally right on the beach and within walking distance to a lot of places, and u can drive maybe a half mile or more to get to the sound as well! We absolutely love it! No place better than the outer banks motel!!

Only issue we had was we had to ask for trash bags/more towels.. but that’s it! It was an absolutely wonderful place and we had a wonderful time!

I enjoyed my stay at the motel. It’s small, quaint, and I am always happy to be oceanfront. The area was quiet, the motel was clean, and met my needs. I especially loved the little kitchen with dishes, stovetop, microwave and refrigerator. Would stay again.

Pool area was closed but it was mid-May so not surprising.

The beach house was large and the kitchen very complete, easy to cook in. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The couch in the living room was not very comfortable and hurt my back. I was a little let down by the sand bags in front of the beach house. I understand why they were there, but it was unexpected I guess.

The beds were very uncomfortable The shower had zero pressure and you couldn’t adjust the head The tv channels didn’t work only like 5 channels worked… the channels that didn’t work said it was a disruption in my service please contact manager… There should be curtains in the patio to have privacy from your neighbors… there shouldn’t be a window in between the patios it should be a curtain or a wall… I get like my neighbor was in my face everytime I went out.. just didn’t like not having privacy when I went out to smoke a cig… Needs to have the out shower fixed…. We weren’t able to clean off after the beach

Breakfast wasn't offered but we knew that ahead of time so it was no big deal. There was a kitchen in the room so we cooked our own breakfast, which is great for people like myself with food allergies.

The only thing that wasn't great was the AC. The room got stuffy at night. Depends on your preference.

Excellent view, right on the beach. Loved the patio and the fact that it had an enclosed porch as well since we came in December, you can still sit outside and watch the sunrise without freezing!

Quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage with nice kitchen, lovely ocean views and screened in porch. It was spotlessly clean. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Our unit was on stilts with parking underneath so if stairs are a problem then these cottages are not for you.

Good to stay with cleaned room.

It mentioned ocean view , but it’s not exactly the oven view .we can’t take any picture of it . You can see only light house , unfortunately the lighthouse is under construction. We couldn’t able to take any pictures.

I liked the room set up, covered parking and the swimming pool was nice-really liked how the kiddy pool was attached but also separate to the large pool. Worked great for my family!

the beach access was a little inconvenient with other guests taking up the majority of the walk, but no big deal really. & they had light maintenance going on pool side during the daytime hours while guests were trying to use the pools but they mainly stayed out of the way.

Loved the ocean views. Everything was very clean.

Our room smelled a lot like pinesol and was a little hard to air out. The bathroom had no blinds in the window but faced all the walkways and parking lot. I hung a towel for some privacy for a shower.
