Breakfast was ok. The location of the resort is wonderful. I liked swimming in the lake and using water sports equipment that is available at no fee for the guests. There are so many sitting areas on the beach and many patios with rocking chairs. Also hiking trails nearby.

The walls are thin. I could hear the neighbors just having normal conversation.

The location next to the lake was amazing. Loved the view in the morning. The breakfast was good, and the lunch/dinner menu was pretty decent. The amenities were great and very easy to get to. Loved the vibe.

The rooms felt paper thing, as you can hear everything and everyone. The WiFi in the room was really bad, most of the time I had SOS on my phone, but as soon as I walked outside in the hallway or patio, I had full signal.

Excelent situation in the nature. Good people. Nice architecture, well included in the valley and forest. Nice common areas.

Wi-Fi signal weak to nil. Breakfast end at 9am. Not enough choice, and should care about the taste of the served food.

Good location. Quiet with nice walking trails. Did not realize it was a church retreat when booking ( not bad just not what we were expecting)

The coffee could have been a littler stronger. Sign said they had ABC license but never found where they were selling the booze.

The property is amazing. The room was immaculate and nicely furnished. The common areas, sitting room with fireplace television and games overlooking a huge porch and the lake was amazing. There are also about 50 miles of hiking trails that are well maintained. There are also cabins, a beautiful chapel, and even an outdoor labyrinth. The entire property is amazingly beautiful. I was not aware when I booked it but this property is owned and managed by the Episcopal Church. They have a full gymnasium, a great workout gym and many facilities for the camps they operate there.

There was nothing about the property that I did not like.

Beautiful quiet area. Would remind you of the resort in Dirty Dancing. Rooms were very nice. Not very big, but big enough for 2. The bathrooms were clean and bright. The only complaint would be there was no TV in the room we were in. The included breakfast was excellent as well. Will stay again.

Was a little hard to figure out where the front desk was, and no TV in the room was kind of a bummer.

Could have had snacks and sodas available. Came in tired .No places that would deliver food without paining ba fortune for Door Dash, Came on Wed. Restaurent not open. h

It was great. But Breakfast grits were in a large elongated cake shape and dry as was the other offering. Someone didn’t know how to serve them… The eggs and bacon were good.

I loved the beauty of the property and the different outdoor options that were available. The staff was friendly and loved the remoteness feel as well the closeness proximity to downtown Hendersonville.

The WiFi was terrible. I had to make an important phone call and it kept dropping.

The breakfast was awesome! Very nice location with lots to do during the day.

Would have liked to have had a TV got a little bored at night. The one fire was surrounded totally in 10 minutes with little or no room left around to join. A refrigerator and microwave in room would be a nice addition for the money spent.
