Cleanliness, comfort, easy check in and breakfadt

Housekeeping (Hispanic lady) kept knocking on my door prior till 11am (approx 9:15)…she even opened the door and was entering my room as she knocked….luckily my wife and I were fully clothed…..less than 10 minutes later she knocked again. So we left as we felt rushed, disrespected, and felt our privacy was violated…. (Standing by the elevator we witnessed the housekeeper opening another guest door, but they had the deadbolt secured, and she just said sorry and walked off (she had a notepad and pencil in her hand). We were considering making this hotel our choice going forward but this is just unacceptable …….

This place was very clean and the staff was great. I received a text saying that the room wouldn't be cleaned until our 3rd day of staying, which is fine cause they always give towels if needed. However, after a long day at the ball field, we came back to a nice freshly cleaned room and new towels. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The breakfast was not the greatest, but also not the worst. It did it's job by feeding our baseball boys, but definitely could use some work. But no complaints here, we would definitely stay again.

All very good and as expected from this brand chain. Extremely comfy mattress made me want to stay in bed all day. LOVED the bathroom plug with built-in night light - SOMETHING I wish EVERY hotel would provide!

The rolling chair provided for the desk was broken and could not use it at the desk. Really needed that feature for quiet work to prep for a meeting. I called front desk but they were not able to replace it quickly enough. Had to check out early to go to library to complete meeting prep. NOT a deal-breaker, but just inconvenient. I did report it at end of my stay, in hopes they will replace it before another customer has same issue. Maybe no one had ever reported the issue; that's my hunch, anyways.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We traveled down from the mountains to see my mother in law. Staff was amazing! We met a young man by the name of Patrick at the front desk. He was so polite always had a smile on his face and answered all questions he definitely needs a raise. Breakfast was amazing too I would highly recommend this hotel.

The only thing that disappointed me was there was a leak in the pool so we couldn't swim the 1st night but that wasn't the hotel fault accidents happen had the pool up and running in 24 hours

Liked the waffle maker. Could have been more healthy choices. Yogurt was not a top brand, contained artificial sugar. Room was newly decorated and all looked clean and fresh. Same with lobby and breakfast area.

Bathroom was very nice and newly decorated but a grab bar in shower would be helpful. Didn’t like the shower. Water flow was weak. Didn’t like the flashing light on the smoke detector. It was annoying while I tried to fall asleep.

Location was great & very clean..Shower large & good water pressure..

Asked for a few ice cubes to put in hot coffee at breakfast from breakfast attendant, I was told to get my own ice from 2nd floor. Another quest wanted few cubes for her juice. Manager at front desk told her same thing. REALLY? Other hotels offer ice bucket & scoop with access to few ice cubes but apparently too large a request for Radisson!!!

Quiet, Cozy and Very clean Pool open until midnight Friendly and professional front desk associate 10/10

There wasn't a shower curtain or something to prevent a water mess in the shower of the handicap room, we stayed in. Other than that, I have no complaints and I highly recommend.

Clean,and very peaceful Front desk staff was phenomenal.

I didn’t like maintenance coming knocking on the door waking me up. Also house keeping didn’t knock but used key to come in then realized we were in there . Not a bad staff but should be mindful of other privacy and knock

Everything went well. The cleanliness of the room, breakfast area, the entire property is exxceptional. The staff are the best. They are caring people that made us feel like our comfort was as important to them as having a successful business.

The only thing that would have made our stay better was if we could have stayed longer!!

The location was perfect, minutes away from the outlets and restaurants.

The sheets and comforter were dirty, with make up stains from the previous persons stay. Requested new sheets and a comforter. But only the sheets were changed and not the comforter. Spider Webbs in the top right corner of the room and the floor had walls had stains on them.
