The room was of good size. The A/C worked well and did not have to adjust it once set at a comfortable temperature. I did not use the offered breakfast but did have a drink at the bar in the evening. Bartender was friendly and very attentive. Front desk staff were always available to answer questions.

The shower curtain rod was damage and let the curtain lean out from the tub. Just had to be a bit careful to not have it fall out all of the way. There were a couple families traveling together and about 6 children under 12 that kept running up and down the halls most of the night and made the pool facilities not want to be visited. Or at least when I wanted to use them.

I was very thirsty and tired from the long drive. I checked the refrigerator for water, but it was empty. I called the front desk and asked for water. I was told to get it from a vending machine on the first floor. I went to the first floor to find a bottle of water, but the vending machine did not have any water. I went to the front desk and informed the employee that there is no water available. He instructed me to check the third floor, and after going there, I discovered that there was no water in the vending machine. I get a Gatorade drink from the vending machine. The guy was extremely unprofessional. I understand there is nothing free, but please make it available for the customer to purchase. Very poor customer service.

Pool and hot tub. Room with the balcony was perfect for me. Very close to a lot of good eats.

My key card didn’t work all the time. Had to get it remagnitized a couple times. Wish there was breakfast.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. The room was bigger than I expected. I loved the closet with full length mirrors on both doors. Laundry facilities were available.

The downside was the vending machines were only located on the first floor, we were on the 3rd floor. The hot tub needed cleaned so we didn't use it.

We enjoyed are selves, had a good time polite employees matches wasn’t so comfortable. Better quality mattresses would help ratings.

Location was nice, easy parking, pool and hot tub worked, and spacious room.

The $150 security deposit. Could have been cleaner...mirrors and TV were dirty. Shower curtain rod needs fixed in the room we stayed in. The bed was very very hard for my liking.

It was clean and a place to lay our heads after a long cold day it was near a shopping plaza

There was a little trouble while we were there cops called twice but it didn't concern us but was a little concerning

The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Mattresses for spotless and sheets and linens were all clean. I really appreciate you bringing it but be my dog. Thank you.

Room was extremely clean and much bigger than I expected. For the price this was a steal.

Breakfast was definitely missed but again for the price.
