Good value, good location for me near Rt11

Evening desk person sitting outside the front door every evening smoking. Pleasant and helpful person, but not the best image for an inn. And I had an odd evening encounter at the front desk with another staff person. A teenager was sitting in the office when I came to the desk, but she looked at me and said nothing. I heard someone say “can I help you?” I couldn’t figure out at first where the question came from until it was repeated. The real desk person was seated across the lobby in a corner chair reading. Not professional in my opinion. She did take care of my request.

Easy access to the building. Clean rooms. Clean lobby. Plenty of choices for the breakfast. Staff kept the food stocked and dining area clean

The beds were hard and the way the room was arranged made it difficult to set my glasses down and have a drink next to the bed. There was only one nightstand next to the bed. The other one was across the room.

The Staff was extremely helpful. I had lived in the area about 40 years earlier in my life. While I remembered some things, the Staff was able to guide me with directions and answer questions. Great breakfast bar.

I was totally pleased. No one at the establishment could have been more helpful to me. Even the cleaning crew was friendly.

Beds are comfortable

When I got into my room the heat was off in which it was like 9 degrees out that day, took quite awhile to warm up. Also the next day I got off work at 6:30 am was back at the hotel at 6:45 and the breakfast was closed, not sure why, so breakfast was a no go.

Love the bright spacious lobby. The place was very clean. The hall smelled great. It was well taken care of. Breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful. There is a restaurant with exceptional food right beside the property and also a gas station right beside the property.

Not the Properties fault but we arrived there a day after a terrible storm in the area so we had no TV Wi-Fi or Internet for a while, but it did come back up that evening.

Every day cleaning and the friendly stuff

My coffee pot in my room had nowhere to be plugged into on the table they had it on so I had to put it on the floor to brew with it or walk down to the coffee station in the lobby

The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The front desk staff were very nice and very helpful. The location for our purposes was perfect. It's only 10 minutes or less to central Lisbon, Ohio.

The room was fine but the carpeting was a bit worn.

The room, jacuzzi! We got a free update and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and separate living room!

Windows couldn't open in the room. Washing machine and ice machine were out of order during constructions.

Always clean and comfortable. We have stayed here for several years and have never been disappointed. It also has a nice breakfast bar,.

No cheap and / or fast food available close by. After a long , don't want to have to get back in the car to drive to get food. The restaurant next door is nice but a little expensive.

It was okay. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit.

The breakfast could have had some fresh fruit.
