The lady at the desk was incredibly nice and sweet and made sure we knew she was there if we needed anything and gave us all the information we needed.(wish I could remember her name)

Honeslty can’t think of anything we disliked it was seriously perfect for the little relaxing get away we had.

The staff was so nice and the facilities were very clean.

The mattress was absolutely the worst! It was the old spring type, it was hard and lumpy. Everytime you moved the bed squeaked. The elevator had issues and always was needing reset also.

The staff was very nice and helpful.Our bus was late,called ahead and Jordan said he would leave a note stating that we were still coming.Everythong was fine when we got to the hotel.This will be our Hotel when we return. Our daughter is at Denison University.

The only thing missing was breakfast,we had to purchase breakfast every morning and the rest of our meals,It became very expensive.

This was one of the cleanest hotels that I have stayed in for a long time. Room was very nice. It is in a good location for me when I am in Newark. All the people who worked there were very nice and helpful.

The only problem was the noise from the neighboring businesses. Our room faced the McDonalds drive thru, so the noise began as soon as the drive thru opened. It's okay if you are an early riser. Some other reviews online complained about traffic noise from the freeway, so I guess noise must be a problem here no matter what room you are in.

Very clean and quiet no road noise. I left my ear buds and they found and I was able to recover them easily without having any issues.

Close to family easy to get on and off main road to daughters house.

Stayed here last year and noted how clean the room was. Exactly the same this year, cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, loved the pillows! Will stay here again when in Newark.

The cleanliness of the rooms is exceptional. The cleanliness, the location, and easy access is the reasons I like to stay here when I'm in Newark.

Nothing I didn't like

Like the location. We like to stay at Marriott's. The staff was good to work with. Loved having clean towels. Room was very clean.

The price of two drinks at the lounge/bar there was very pricey. I do wish they would carry more wines than what was offered. The staff should know more about wines.

The staff and housekeeping were super friendly. The facility was very clean and the housekeepers went above and beyond when they clean the rooms!

Beds were not very comfortable. Definitely a sore back.

Convenient location to a bike trail I needed to use on my bike trip. The room was clean and large enough for my bike.
