All stay was quite OK, from the facilities, location, staff, I have no bad feelings about my stay. The availability of all people while some needs were faced, shows the commitment towards a good experience. Besides that all went super well. Thanks Joao Rodrigues

The only thing I would recommend is to invest a bit on the WIFI conditions that lack a bit of improvement. Nowadays, with the need of having online meetings independently from where we are, breaking down is not good.

The location was perfect for us. The distance to not only the wedding venue we were there for, but to stores, shops, restaurants, gas station etc.. was PERFECT ! The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. Our room was much larger than I even pictured (we got the king room with the jacuzzi tub in the room) The bed and pillows were comfy. The pull out couch was comfy for what it was.

The only thing I would really change is that the TV doesn't offer any streaming options. I would've liked to sign into my netflix or hulu and things like that. We were stuck with whatever was on regular TV with commercials. The pool was also pretty small but it worked for the kids to enjoy.

We loved the 24hr snacks and beverage station in the lobby. The FREE breakfast exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and we were so happy to have an actual BATHTUB. So many properties these days have only showers.

As soon as we pulled up out front to go in and check in 2 of the Employees were smoking outside right in front of the doorway. The smell and smoke were terrible. Also, the pillows are VERY uncomfortable. Thin and they feel like they are filled with plastic

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean kept on top of the towel situation for my husband.

Bed was a little too soft. The dead flies in the light over the shower and the stains on the carpets and the handicap room was great except for the traffic outside of the 18-wheeler's downshifting which is not your fault

Near our event. Felt secure with lobby entry and not being seen from the outside when I entered my room. Loved the breakfast. Something for everyone.

Smoking right outside the entrance. Bathroom has a toilet and shower behind closed door. Nice sink with plenty of space to put your clothes after the shower but I would have preferred to have been dressed in privacy of shower area.

We loved the spacious king size bed and the jacuzzi in the room! There was a little kitchenette and that was a nice surprise.. We will be back again for sure!! Friendly Staff and great Atmosphere…

Wished the pool hours were longer especially with a Hot Tub… People would love to relax after a long day @any or all local events.

The breakfast was better than most other hotels that I have been to. The food was very good and food areas were kept very clean

The only complaint that I have was the toilet when filling was the loudest one that I ever heard in my life. For some reason the room next to ours shower was also very loud when the water was running ours was not. Compared to all of the positives this hotel had this was insignificant

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh all the time. Our room was comfortable and spacious ,and all amenities were as advertised. They offered an excellent hot breakfast every morning. It was a pleasant experience!

Easy access from major highways. Breakfast had something for everyone. Beds were comfortable.

Small bathroom had tub and toilet together with sink separate. Bathroom door was swollen and didn’t shut completely. Room was humid but AC worked well.

Largest room we have ever had anywhere. There was still plenty of space in the room with the sofa bed opened. The room and bed were very comfortable, and we didn't experience any problems. Staff was polite and always helpful. The hotel and room were clean and attractive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
