What I loved about the property is the location. The property sits in an up and coming community, however, the property itself remains true to its roots, hood ole country living. It was a great escape from the stresses of life and work. It reminded me of my childhood staying with my grandparents, hearing the sound of the rooster, the cows in the field and of course the horses. Then, waking in the morning to the smell of breakfast, such nostalgia.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed was a little hard for my liking, but my husband didn’t have a problem with it at all.

We chose to stay here because of its close proximity to Hershey and Lancaster. Other areas like Harrisburg and Gettysburg are also within easy driving distance, It is a lovely B&B, very comfortable and homey. Our host, Tim, was very friendly and accommodating, The setting is beautiful, out in the country surrounded mostly by farmland but not far from the town of Elizabethtown with restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have a coffee & snack bar in the hallway outside our room with access to ice for our cooler.

The mattress was much softer than we prefer. The breakfast food was delicious but could have been hotter. We were told breakfast was served between 8 & 9 a.m. Since we didn't arrive at the dining room till around 8:30 the food wasn't as warm as it could have been.

Stayed in the Master room and it was amazing! Big room, separate tub and shower, decent size bathroom with toilet in its own room. Linens were high quality, very comfortable bed. Bonus farm animals and superb breakfast!

Toiletries were VERY basic, I recommend you bring your own. No control over room temp, which was ok overnight, but might not be good for everyone.

Comfy room, loved the mini fridge we discovered in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fire place and jacuzzi tubd a great touch. Terrace was neat. Breakfast was good.

Wish they had later breakfast hours so that you can still eat but also sleep in. Decor was dated. Shower water was hard and the sprayer was very small. Hot tub was great but not all the sprayers were functioning.

Our room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Our hosts went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You come out of your room in the morning to the delicious smell of breakfast in the air. Breakfast was homemade specialties like an egg casserole and the most delicious apple dumplings ever! All the comforts of home. No disappointments here!!

That we couldn't have stayed longer.

The property was located in a beautiful setting in the county. Our room was very spacious (we had the wicker room) which had a balcony. Our hosts were so great. I had asked for help with finding a bakery nearby and Tim gave me a wonderful choice and allowed me to store the cake in their refrigerator. I would come back again ❣️

Can’t really say anything negative. Perhaps the decor of the bathroom might be a bit outdated, but it was clean and perfect for our stay.

The breakfast was great! Tim was very cordial when we showed up at breakfast. The coffee/water/snack station was nice and loved the convenience of being able to have a hot drink and purchase bottled water when we arrived in the early evening. The room was large and comfortable.

The sign out front by the road was small and even though we had directions it was dark when we arrived so we pulled in the other driveway to turn around and figured we must be at the right place as we saw "guest house" on the building. We did figure it out though.

The hosts give you privacy. They want you to feel at home. If you have questions and reach out to them they respond almost immediately. The bed was so comfortable. The food was the tasty. The property was cool.

Having lights on, fire stove on, fan on in room upon entering would have been a nice above and beyond touch. Access to microwave and fridge would be nice too.

The Guest House was lovely and comfortable for our one night stay. Everything was clean and Tim made sure to welcome us and offered an early check in. Breakfast was amazing! So many choices and they accommodated my dietary needs. A beverage station with fridge and ice machine was certainly appreciated as well.

The B & B is within minutes of tourist areas. The couple that own the property very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The morning breakfast is always delicious. We've stayed here twice. The rooms look better in person, compared to the pictures online.

Our daughter said her bed was a little uncomfortable. Our seemed fine.
