Room size with kitchen and sitting area. There is a curtain between sitting area and beds so one can sleep and the other can relax. The breakfast has improved since last year offering gluten free options plus eggs without cheese. Breakfast ends by 9am during the week so no sleeping in. There is a grocery store within two blocks along with a Starbucks. Staff is working on customer service. Better than last year anyway.
You have to ask for housekeeping services daily. The banging of the doors. They are heavy and slam loudly. One night we had kids running the halls, hollering in the room and continuous banging of bathroom door till 10 pm. Don't get a room by elevator. The dinging of it was very loud. The digital key isn't helpful when booking multiple rooms. That means you get leftover rooms and get separated from your family. Would be nice to have a hotplate available for cooking. Also, it's time to change out the mattresses. I've been in multiple rooms. Some beds are a bit better than others.

Room size and kitchen. I was also pleased there is a box of gluten free options at breakfast including eggs without the cheese for dairy free people. One day we even had turkey bacon. Over cooked but it was turkey bacon. Appreciate the effort of the hotel to accommodate special diets. Location is good. Like two blocks from Wegmans grocery store along with Starbucks, Chipotle and a pizza place. Front desk customer service has improved since I was there last year.
The beds need to be replaced very soon. The bigger issue is having a room by the elevator. The dinging is very loud and disturbing. The doors on the rooms and bathrooms are heavy and you hear a loud bang every time someone comes and goes. Really bad on the 3rd floor. 4th floor didn't notice it as much. None the less. Overall a nice hotel. One more thing to mention. While digital key works for most it doesn't work for those who booked more than one room. So those folks can't choose a room before check-in. Your get leftover rooms and are separated from your family.

This is a newer hotel which is always nice. It's clean. Starbucks is walking distance but coffee at hotel is very good and is available 24hrs. Close to shops. Whole foods near by but would want to drive rather than walk. Pool is average hotel size. Depth is a tad over 5ft. Bathroom in pool area. Microwave in room to cook but no hot plate. Full size fridge. Everything you need to make a meal. We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable.
There isn't much to choose from at breakfast if you have special dietary needs like gluten free and/or dairy free or keto. Meat is in a biscuit with egg and cheese. Cheese in omelette and in scrambled egg bowl. There are boiled eggs but how old are they is my concern. I also had to ask for my room to be serviced. Monday I went to housekeeping for towels and got on the list for service the next day. I thought every other day starting on Monday we'd get clean towels but not so.

Incredible value. Really good breakfast buffet, heated indoor pool, good quality small gym and laundry on site. The staff was exceptional and quickly responded to all of our requests with a positive attitude. It was also just a few blocks from a Wegmans, a Whole Foods, a Dunkin Donuts and of course … a WaWa.
The room was not as clean as I would have liked, but I recognize that I am very particular. Because of everything else was so great I just wiped things down myself.

The staff was kind and courteous. Some were happier than others, but all were nice or very pleasant. The room was very clean, and breakfast was good (pre-made sandwiches, oatmeal, waffle station, fruit, etc). The lobby/eating area was a lot more comfortable than I expected. The bed, by all standards, was very comfy. The sheets were very soft, and both looked and felt clean. The kitchenette area was stocked and very clean. All appliances worked well, and the TV options were even good. There's always coffee out in the lobby. The only reason I didn't give 10 out of 10, is because of minor things. I stayed for 10 nights.
Housekeeping is strictly upon request. While i can appreciate this for privacy, it was confusing as there is a sticker in the bathroom saying that every 5th day of your stay, they do a lysol clean. That is by request only, too. There was an ibuprofen pill and child's toy under the ac unit from before we arrived (not a huge deal). One of the lights in the room didn't work until a few days in when it magically turned on by itself. The AC unit was a little annoying. It's a bit loud, and when it's balancing temperature, it gets a little humid. All minor things, but when asked to find something wrong, we can all find something wrong.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.
A few things that held me back from rating my overall stay as "excellent": I requested complimentary room cleaning (trash emptied, bathroom refresh) but that did not happen. Also, I did not realize my room was in a part of the hotel with dog-friendly rooms, and the dogs across the hotel were periodically noisy. Next time I will request a room in a part of the hotel where there will be no dogs -- this should be a question guests are asked about when booking a room.

Good location near upscale shopping and resturants. Very easy to enter by car and exit tl major Penn highways. Also a super market is within walking distance of Hotel.
Room nice and spacious very clean. I did not like the out dated bed covers in my two queen suit. Also I reported the BATHROOM door did not lock properly. Had to wedge a face towel under the door to keep it from sliding open.

We loved the turkey bacon and buttermilk biscuits, I am allergic to pork and often do not have a breakfast meat option when staying at other hotels.
I am sorry but there were stink bugs in our room. However, I told the front desk personal at check out and she was very nice about it. Even offered to give us honors points.

I didn't eat the breakfast.
The front desk clerk was new, I believe. He was friendly, though he seemed confused and didn't know answers to some of my questions. I think the front desk staff needs to be trained better, before helping customers. I wasn't happy with the fact that I have a 24 hour HOLD of $125. in addition to the full cost of my room. I had to call my bank and have them release the $125. as I had NO other money to use while I was away. I was VERY upset, about this $125. hold on my credit card that did NOT come off as soon as I had paid my bill at the front desk.

We got the exact room we wanted and the connecting room for our family reunion. The staff is 5 star top notch in every way. This was our second stay and it will not be our last. Thanks for making our vacation memorable.
Breakfast is too early. LOL
