The lobby was lovely and had a great vibe. The scent in the air was beautiful and delicate. Like white tea and floral. The scent was inviting and clean. I loved it. I loved Heirloom restaurant. A fellow patron said they love everything they order. We left that evening feeling the same way. Also loved our waiter.

I can’t think of any complaints. Maybe we could talk about the linens. Although not worth mentioning to a friends I would mention it to management. The linens could be more comfortable. Softer linens would be ideal. But it was adequate and therefore not a complaint at all.

The location was perfect. I did not do breakfast, but I did buy drinks at the bar which was nice. I loved the large tv, however, the channel had no information for the channels so surfing channels was a bit of an inconvenience. The bed was very comfortable and the other room amenities (microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron) made the stay very comfortable. Also, the staff and housekeeping were great. The hotel as a whole was clean and welcoming.

The person when we checked it was the very best!! Young guy that said he was learning the front desk said he was with housekeeping. We had ask for 12:00 check in because of event we had to attend. The young man had wonderful customer service and quickly made sure we were taking care of.

The lady checking us out gave me no record of my stay. No receipt!

The breakfast was good and freshly prepared with helpful and friendly staff. The only problem was the fire alarm which cleared the hotel in the middle of the night. Fire brigade attended but it was a false alarm. The provision of a kettle to make tea in the room would have been good but none was available when we asked

Pool was closed, had to go to the Hampton to use theirs, which was one of the reasons for booking the Hilton for the outdoor pool. TV channels on the guide did not match when you punched in that number.

Historic 1881 building with tons of history and details was an unexpected surprise! Restaurant was excellent…not your typical hotel restaurant. Wide range of shopping was walkable on foot within the complex :)

great proximity to USC Spartanburg but beware the nightmare of construction which made the 4.4 mile drive a LONG nightmare during rush hour!

Staff was excellent. Location was superb and the hotel was clean and smelled wonderful. Breakfast at the Heirloom hotel restaurant was a buffet and very quaint. Jaylon at the front desk checked us in and was super nice, helpful and very welcoming.

The pillows could of been firmer.

The restaurant was great, and there was a lot to do in the area. Everyone there was kind and helpful. A very good place to stay overnight. This had one of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel, probably.

No place to buy coffee in the am. Coffee Machine in my room did not work.

House keeping could do better, they never replenished our coffee station in the room on our second night there. The lady servicing the breakfast station wasn't very nice
