The room was very clean, neat, didn't have that musty smell like some of the other hotels we've stayed in and everything worked. Normally my wife has to spray the room with air freshener that we bring for that reason. I did a walk around as soon as I walked in and told my wife, we did great this time. The staff was very nice and breakfast was acceptable. The next time we come back to town for a period of time that's where we'll be staying. Thank you!

The staff was very, very nice. Especially Gary, on the mid shift. We were in town for a surprise party, and found out the person who's birthday it was for, well his daughter was also staying there.... he left her a private note from us as she was arriving late. Also, the kitchen area staff member ( I didn't catch her name) was very accommodating and friendly! .

Well my husband said he would have liked a bar, and full restaurant. But I was ok without either!

The staff were amazing, very friendly, and helpful. I wanted to shop at BJs next door (we don't have one where I live) and a staff member allowed me to use their card. They all went out of their way to make sure our trip was amazing! The elevator broke and staff immediately called and had someone there to fix it in less than an hour it was back working. I was so glad as we were on the top floor. This was my second stay at this location, the first was for business but this visit was for fun!

The room was huge! Large table, sofa, king bed. Breakfast was delicious! Waffles, sausage & eggs, cereals, pastries, fruits. The room was clean & replenished every day (we stayed 3 nights). Staff was friendly.

The door was a little difficult to lock from the inside. We had to lift up on the handle to get the lock to latch. But, it did.

I actually checked in to the wrong hotel by accident. When I informed them of what happened they were very helpful. Their response was quick & professional. I have booked again for a stay in November. Excellent customer service!

The staff exceeded my expectations everyone was smiling every day asked if I needed anything greeted me in and out of coming to my room and went far beyond what I needed

I like the staff they were very friendly and helpful. I also like the way the lobby smelled and I think you guys should put a fresher on the rest of the floors bc you can tell a big difference!

When we arrived at our room it smelled like it was closed up fir along time, or wet carpets, musky smell 1 other thing. Breakfast the eggs was not fit to eat.

The breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of choices with a waffle machine, sausage patties, egg and fruit choices. The juices and water were cold and excellent, as was the hot tea. I did not try the coffee, so can't comment on that. .
