I liked the warm welcome I received from Assistant manager Nitin. I thought the room was nice and comfortable. The bed and mattress were very comfortable. It has a small refrigerator that kept water and soda and a sandwich cold during my stay. The breakfast in morning was good and hit the spot. I definitely would stay there again when in area. Checking out was nice and easy and lady that was there also very friendly. Till we meet again Thank You!

The receptionist was extremely professional and cordial. I didn't get her name but she was on duty around 12:30 p.m. on Sept 21. I liked being able to park right in front of my room door.

I didn't like the police banging on the door next to me or the dog barking from the room when the officer was there; however, that had nothing do with the hotel location, staff or service.

Loved the location. Loved the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and pillows were not good. Few things needed to be updated. Especially bedding. Night shift (manager or desk employee ) and daytime desk employee who were discussing things about other employees while we were eating breakfast. Talking about wishing one person would be fired cause they don’t do the job right. And just being very loud and saying things that customers/visitors don’t need to here.

I liked the location. Prime area near alot of restaurants, fast food, gas stations, and grocery shopping. Also, the lady who greeted us at the front desk was real nice in person and over the phone..whoch is hard to come by these days. She made the first impression, a positive one. The free breakfast had plenty of variety. There was a small market as well in the lobby with a few snacks and drinks.

Even though there was wnough parking..the spaces are very tight to get in. Also..our room was a non smoking room apparently, but people in the past, definitely have smoked in there as there were a burn hole in the sheets and the floor smelled smoky as well. The dated carpet needs to be taken out and updated with hard woods instead. Also..saw a few sketchy people hanging around outside.

I liked that they had a free breakfast and that there was a smoking room. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all the questions that I had.

I wish that the soap from the previous guest wasn't still in the shower I thought that that was a little gross I had to get it out myself.

The breakfast was not offered early enough to accommodate us. I need coffee ,7:00am is a late breakfast for business. We did not get to use the service so maybe a different level of service might be implemented.

Maintenance needs to be performed in the room (105) we were in, faucets were loose, very minor rust in the tub, no exhaust fan in bathroom. The linen was thin and worn the bed comforter had a burn hole and the carpet was a little dirty.

Very clean on the outside and inside.Went to the office at 2&3 o’clock and the desk clerk was vacuuming.She was the nicest and most helpful clerk I have ever had.

Had ants by the ac unit.

It was very comfortable, clean and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about but it was during the last hour of availability so could have been a better offering earlier in the morning.

I loved everything and no one in my party had any complaints.

I really can’t think of anything. It was perfectly located next to Cracker Barrel. The room was very clean and beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in while traveling. I was surprised at how good the breakfast was!

not there fault but homeless people wandering around back of property . burger joint next door people were flying into parking lot and hitting curbs constantly afraid we were gonna get hit while walking ..
