I've been to the Gaylor in Florida in Orlando and it has better and cheaper food options and also includes the water park. In general, I prefer the Florida one with the accommodations it has, although each one has its things better than the other. This one in Tennessee had live music. The Varco promenade

check in was super fast as always even though the hotel was busy. room service was terrific. the menu could have more offerings but they always delivered on time and using the app was very easy. my wife used the Relâche spa for the first time and she was blown away by the staff and the facilities down there. she also said it’s a great value for the money.

we wanted to take our son to the water park but we didn’t know you can only purchase tickets through the hotel website when booking a room. we weren’t able to purchase tickets once we got to the hotel because they were sold out for The Weekend. very disappointed that this isn’t made clear on booking.com website.

The look of the resort is beautiful and the bed was comfortable!

Okay, this list is bigger- 1. Far away from the downtown area. Needed a car 2. Everything is outrageously Expensive! Try $6 for a water. 3. The hotel is big and you get lost easily! 4. We had an event at their event center. Could not find it. Had to walk forever to get food. I would hate being there with small children!! 5. $35 to park. $48 for valet.

Everything except the $50/night Valet parking. They have plenty of space and given the cost of the room, this fee should be covered for staying guests.

Valet. $50/night.

The landscaping was so beautiful.

There were multiple restaurants on site definitely needed more places available to eat for the amount of people at the hotel

Beautiful hotel (Rooms are worth the price) well maintained. Valet service went above and beyond when we forgot something in the car.

I know its a tourist spot but I feel some of the prices at the resturants in the hotel are way overpriced. $10 for a bottle of beer. The service at Fuse was horrible. They forgot the grilled chicken for my wife's salad. As we were waiting for an extended period of time we could see our waiter just looking at his cell phone. Took 20 min to get the chicken. By then we were finished with our meal. Jack Daniels bar doesn't even serve Coke.

I worked there over 25 years ago and was expecting old-fashioned antebellum-style property and furniture, but I found a modernized, diverse property instead. The diverse staff was welcoming and respectful. Every nationality was well represented. As a former employee, I was pleased to see that Opryland remains one of the best equal-opportunity employers around.

I didn't like the fact that everything revolved around alcohol, as I consider myself a religious person. I could hear people partying outside until well past 9 pm.

The food was exceptional - my wife has issue with some foods and after the first meal, they remembered her issues at the other restaurants without even mentioning it. Was upgraded from an outside room to an inside room - small balcony, but it was really neat to see all the goings on under the atrium.

Had issues trying to leave the parking lot - was told to use the room key; but it didn't work. An attendant helped us. Had storms the first night - was woke up at 3:00 AM because of tornado warnings.

The hotel and all of its indoor greenery is absolutely beautiful

Very difficult to find your way around, way too much walking with young children and luggage just trying to find rooms/ restaurants. Also felt like the actual rooms that you stay in are very basic rooms, which you’d expect more from a room at that price in a hotel such as this. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Also, even with AC turned as low as it would go, the room was really warm.

this the third time in 6 years that we have booked a room at your beautiful hotel, we are saving to go back sometime again, we were supposed to spend 4 days on this dream vacation, but we had an emergency and had to cut it short by 2 days, we were celebrating our 52-wedding anniversary, we are looking to coming back again in the future, we like everything about your hotel, specially the people who work there, they go out of their way to make sure we are having the time of our lives.

cannot find anything that we did not like.
