The location was great for getting into the SMNP and up to Cades Cove. Desk lady was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Liked that the Wi-Fi is free. Liked the rocking chairs on the balcony. Liked that the pool was open and looked clean (though air temperature was too cool to get in). Liked that the refrigerator and microwave worked. Liked that the room had a foldout love seat sleeper (though we didn't need it).

Not a big deal, but I think that putting a thick foam pad under the cushions on the love seat sleeper would have made it more comfortable to sit on.

1. Check in was easy. Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. 2. There were real keys to the rooms. Nothing that could be automatically, prematurely, deactivated, which inevitably always happens with key cards throughout our hotel stays. 3. This will be a new one for you. Love that there were 2-3 mirrors in the room. I have two daughters who take some time getting ready and a husband who takes his time on the potty. It’s hugely inconvenient when the only mirror is locked in the potty with him and no one wants to go in after he comes out. 4. Close to restaurants, plenty to do in the area, only a 15-20 minute drive to Cade’s Cove. 4. Hard floors. No nasty carpet. 5. Mini fridge. We always have leftovers and the kids always get hungry late at night.

Bit dated, shower was tricky to figure out. Towels are pretty small. We don’t mind dated as long as everything is functional and there are real keys. Everything worked great, so no complaining here. Just observations.

My overall experience was amazing. The family loved it and you couldn’t beat it for the price however there is two things I’d change, when taking a shower the water could be hotter. When you turn it all the way over it was no where near as hot as it should be when taking a shower. When traveling a great distance your body gets stiff and being able to decompress in the shower is a must. The room was clean and cozy however if the mattresses was better quality it would be even better. Would we come back? Yes because it was clean, cozy, and it was great for the price.

The Breeze Inn has to be one of the best motels I have ever stayed in. The location was perfect, the room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. . We got a balcony room so we were able to sit outside and watch the fireflies. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.

It was clean, closeness to the. Smoky Mountains. Balcony was nice to sit out there and have coffee. And the shower was hot and good water pressure…

The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Only stayed 2 nights. Wasn’t worried about changing rooms.

It was truly one of the best little hotel! It was nicely updated, clean and very comfortable King bed. I love the somewhat private balcony. I love coming in every evening to a refreshed room with excellent room service. Great job on maid service. I look forward to staying again

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a great place!

It is a older motel, but is kelpt up very nicely. The room was very clean and didn't have that funky smell that so many have. Our room was up on the hill and was quiet, except for when there was loud traffic below on the main highway. Good location, and easy access. We would definitely stay here again.

My room was very clean, comfortable bed and nice porch w rocking chairs. We also enjoyed the pool it was nice and clean. We will be back again on a return visit.

TRBI is perfectly situated along the nanks if the Little River, breathing taking views and easy access to hiking and biking trails. Warm hospitality, a feel of being home. The surrounding lush nature inluding the beauty of the Smokey Mountains felt like we reconnected to nature.

Nothing to not like.

Convenient to the main drag but couldn’t hear traffic. Although it was older it was still clean and no problems.

Not really anything. It was a good location and employees were friendly and things were well maintained.
