My overall experience was amazing. The family loved it and you couldn’t beat it for the price however there is two things I’d change, when taking a shower the water could be hotter. When you turn it all the way over it was no where near as hot as it should be when taking a shower. When traveling a great distance your body gets stiff and being able to decompress in the shower is a must. The room was clean and cozy however if the mattresses was better quality it would be even better. Would we come back? Yes because it was clean, cozy, and it was great for the price.

It was clean, closeness to the. Smoky Mountains. Balcony was nice to sit out there and have coffee. And the shower was hot and good water pressure…

The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Only stayed 2 nights. Wasn’t worried about changing rooms.

It was truly one of the best little hotel! It was nicely updated, clean and very comfortable King bed. I love the somewhat private balcony. I love coming in every evening to a refreshed room with excellent room service. Great job on maid service. I look forward to staying again

There was nothing I didn't like. It was a great place!

It is a older motel, but is kelpt up very nicely. The room was very clean and didn't have that funky smell that so many have. Our room was up on the hill and was quiet, except for when there was loud traffic below on the main highway. Good location, and easy access. We would definitely stay here again.

TRBI is perfectly situated along the nanks if the Little River, breathing taking views and easy access to hiking and biking trails. Warm hospitality, a feel of being home. The surrounding lush nature inluding the beauty of the Smokey Mountains felt like we reconnected to nature.

Nothing to not like.

The property is older but meticulously cared for. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It maintains some touches of its original 1950’s vibe. There are rocking chairs on the porch outside each room. The location to Cades Cove is excellent. If we would stay again.

Be aware that unlike major hotel chains, the office closes in the evening. If you need to checkin late, call ahead. We did and the owners were very accommodating.

So close to the National Park. Very clean and well maintained. There are 3 fire pits and a sitting area in front next to a pool ( out of season). Rocking chairs on the porch area outside your room. The staff was wonderful.

Wish they had coffee and some breakfast items. Really no real restaurants close by for breakfast.

This was our second stay at the River Breeze and it did not disappoint! Location is beautiful and gives the family owned vibes. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Both pools were well maintained and even provided noodle floats for guests to use. We will for sure be returning again to stay at this property.

The pillows this time were very flat. Took all 4 on the bed to get comfortable.

It's clean, which to me is most important. Always nice people, it's very close to the national park. This was my 3rd time staying there and I've always been very pleased with the place. I've never had any issues at all.

No dislikes here. I've always had a good stay here with no complaints.

We love this older property, particularly the balcony rooms that overlook an old barn. Rooms have been refurbished and are kept exceptionally clean. Its location is convenient to everything in town and is just outside the park boundary.
