The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled good. The room was quiet. The lady working the desk was very helpful. I booked the room and then my father wanted his own room so she tried to get his room close to mine and because he is 77 years old she made sure the room was on the bottom floor and close. I will definitely stay there again when visiting my parents.

I love this hotel. Every time I go to Alvin, Texas, or any other place out of town, I always stay at a Sure Stay Plus Hotel by Best Western. It is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always great, kind, and friendly.

I have nothing to complain about. My stay is always top-notch. I always refer Sure Stay Plus Hotel by Best Western to friends and family.

Staff was great & answered all our questions

The noises from the doors. I realize it was Saturday night & the kids played in the pool, but they didn’t have to run in & out the outside door every 10 min. & the noise was horrible from it. Our room door also made a terrible noise when you went in & out of it. Just terrible!

I’m always very leery about picking a hotel in areas I’m not familiar with and we had a bad experience not too long ago at a different hotel so I didn’t have high hopes BUT this hotel was GREAT! I was coming in late and they communicated with me several times, we arrived to the front desk being very nice even at 1:30am, our room was clean (it did have a slight smell but once the AC was on it was fine, the small table to sit at was perfect for our kids, our room was cleaned while we were out that was great to come back to AND an actual real breakfast! Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy.. toast! Overall I felt safe, it was clean and didn’t worry about my kids being in an area that we had to be too careful. I will book with them again when visiting the area!

Smell of the room. room 111 Smelled like smoke when we enter thought it might be because A.C was on low. We put it high. Didn't smell too much when AC temperatures was put down. We got cold and turned it up. We had to keep it cold from smelling the smell of the room. But of over everything else was great.

The breakfast was great and the facility was very clean. The staff was top notch friendly and thorough to let you know where everything was on the premises

The front desk woman was friendly and helpful. Anita was sincere in wanting our stay to be great. The hotel and room were clean. Price was very reasonable.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. It was a very quiet stay. Facilities are awesome. Hot tub and pool are very clean. Great atmosphere!

Breakfast when a male worker cooked it was sub par bacon was undercooked and gravy was watery. The day the female cooked it was awesome. The male needs to heed her help to improve. Only thing I found that was not thee greatest though! Great staff and stay!
