The older white lady at night, sorry I didn’t get her name, but it was overnight on a Saturday, I was washing clothes one of the washers went out and the lady took it upon herself to help me out and finish washing my clothes in the facility washer and helping drying my clothes she was greatly appreciated cause my children and wife really needed clothes she single handily made the stay there a 10/10. Also the breakfast Friday morning was amazing everything was fresh and hot I would def recommend to stay here to anybody it’s close to the ferry, heb, and other confront places. Not to mention I was able to have a smoke outside very often without anybody bothering me so it was well worth the stay. It’s a very quiet place also!

Only thing I could say is dint like is I asked the housekeeper for extra towels cause my son was sick at the time just wanted to have them so if anything we wouldn’t make a mess but when i asked for the extra towels she seem like she didn’t want to give them to me but she gave me like 2 extra don’t was ok.

I love the breakfast nice and stocked till the end. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, juice coffee. The hot tub was nice, not hot, only warm, but nice. It smelled nice, and it's clean. Carpets are a little worn down.

Workers. They are not happy to be there. No smiles. Not welcoming. Cleaning lady complaining to me about my trash. Since I didn't want them cleaning my room and I put my trash outside my door. She said not to leave it out and that she couldn't be coming back and forth to get my trash. They only give you 2 large towels for 4 people in the room and won't give you more towels till you bring the other 2 large dirty ones. Took us a long time to shower, going back and forth. I left my dirty towels outside one day, and they didn't give me new ones. Very small pool. No pool towels. Bring your own towels. They kept deactivating my cards every day and had to get them re keyed. The room is small.

Local is great, especially if you are a tourist. Long walk for ice by front desk. Breakfast was OK. A little different from most hotel/motels I've stayed at that have breakfast incl. The pool, which I was looking forward too, is a little small. It looks larger online. When 2 people were in the pool already, I felt like there wasn't enough room for me. My husband was supposed to join me so the first morning I put DO NOT DISTREUB on my door.

HVAC NEVER COOLED MY ROOM I went to front desk to ask for: an extra bath towel & 2 wash rags & there was only 1 kleenix in the box. I rec'd them immediately. Then I went out for the day. When I came back, someone had gone in my room anyway. They put my DO NOT DISTREUB sign back in my room, took the extra bath towel & 2 wash rags.

The hotel was really nice . The room was clean and smelled good , we had a mini fridge and microwave.. For my leftovers, it's great ! Bfast was really nice n hot. Many choices to choose from .One lady at the front desk was really nice and made me feel welcome. I would definitely stay again ..

Just a few things : My room was not ready and came back at 3:30. I got the keys n my room was dirty. I guess housekeeping hasn't gotten to it yet. Didn't have enough towels . Only 2 ... I wish i could check in early when I arrived at 2:15, but my room was not ready. I was tired, long drive, n no sleep.

For the price I paid, I was surprised at the level of comfort I had. The room was very nice a clean. I love that I didn't have a required check-in time as I didn't know when I was going to arrive. The breakfast was a great variety that included waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, etc. Something for everyone. The hotel is 1-2 minutes from H-E-B which is very convenient and gas stations all around. The location is great, minutes away from the ferry. Overall, loved it.

Excellent, the sausage and eggs and the other hot foods were excellent the Belgian waffle was the best fresh. Milk cereal, bagels, cream cheese. The best breakfast.AT. The ladies who worked so hard on preparing the breakfast. Excellent job. We would come again. God Bless to everyone. Thank You for a wonderful stay. I and my family highly recommend this Hotel. 🙂👍🐬

Just a little noisey in the morning hours. Got some rest.

The property was all good. The only problem we had was we could hear the conversation in the next room. They were not loud but up later than us and they were up at 6:30a.

The soap was not much. We had to make a trip out to buy soap, shampoo and lotion.

I made it right at 9:30 am so my fault for not taking full advantage of breakfast. Luckily was still able to get what was left over. Took advantage of pool and pleased with cleanliness.

Had asked for extra towels and they did not accommodate. Was asked to bring in used towels to trade in.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and attentive.

The sheets in one of the beds in room 102 was either stained or worn. We had to ask for them to be changed. Also… the app to book online is NOT user friendly, but your staff helped me understand what to do.

Very clean.

My only complaint was we were in room 101 by side door which slammed constantly from people coming in and out. Especially from about 5:30 am til about 8 am. That’s also a wait for people and talk location. Would stay here again but next time on 2nd floor.
