Room was pretty nice. Everything seemed fairly clean. Bathroom was great. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

One of the elevators and hallways had an odd odor at times. Room smelled fine, though. The smoke detector (?) also had a relatively bright white flash every minute or so, which was slightly distracting at night. Had a mild impact on overall stay.

Nearby Walmart was the good part and the car wash. Also liked the staff they were very considerate about the time arrival for me I appreciate everything they did to ensure we had all the services that were included swimming pool and breakfast times.

It seemed so out dated compared to the Fairfield in rockport. And my refrigerator was not working as well.

Mostly clean, comfortable beds. Decent breakfast.

Seems like they didn't clean the juice machine ever and there was black stuff in our drink. The coffee tasted horrible. Needless to say, I'm glad they were next to a Starbucks. Also they tried to cover up mildew smells with strong air freshener in the halls and in the elevator so it always stunk. Not everyone likes the smell of public restroom.

It is a nice hotel and in a great location. The rooms were nice and comfortable, they were easy to keep cool. Thankful for the laundry facilities after a fishing trip.

It was extremely hot in the 2nd floor hallway. I could only imagine how warm the upper floors were. The shower door was missing part of the seal so water leaked everywhere. Shower head didn’t have good pressure except on the “massage” setting, it was painful. Not a ton for breakfast choices either.

We liked the location. It was good location to restaurants and the beach. We were greeted by Lorinda and Rebecca. Our thermostat in the room was not working also the cable was not working. But Shawn was able to get us going and back on track. Letty made checking out smooth. Will stay again

They ran out of orange juice. The juice machine was broken wife is lactose intolerance and could not enjoy breakfast

Conveniently located near the event I was attending. The included breakfast had a good variety of choices.

The mattress was too soft for my preference and I ended up sleeping on the sofa. The TV in the sitting area had so signal and an annoying screen saver that rotated around the screen all night which made sleeping difficult. It was remedied quickly while I was out the next day, however.

It was a clean place. It has a very good hot breakfast. Everyone was really nice.

The beds are pretty hard. That's about my only complaint. Could be I am spoiled to my king size pillow top with a 3 inch memory foam. Lol.

The rooms had a room in between them but they were close. I felt safe and since my granddaughter was with us that was extremely important. The rooms were well stocked with towels. The lighting was good enough to read. We ask for and got extra coffee for the stay.

The sofa bed had no sheets in the room for the sofa bed. And did not have a pillow for the sofa bed.

The location was clean, staff was very friendly and over was a good stay.

Breakfast could use a few more options but other than that was a very nice hotel.

checking in was easy peasy, staff was friendly and caring. breakfast was hearty.

pool was green. I have a pool, I know it’s some work to maintain, and I can’t imagine how the salty air affects the ph and alkalinity.
