Great rooms, EXCELLENT staff! Very minor issues with some of the kitchen electrical plugs but nothing major. Bed was super comfy!

Won't say that I didn't like anything. But the shower head wasn't too wonderful. Wish it could be adjustable as in spray and or height.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very nice.

The only issue we had was the room had to much humidity. The floors were wet. I had to dry them with a towel. You need a humidifier in the room. Or the air conditioner isn't working correctly.

Staff was excellent. Attended to our needs immediately, politely. Coffee. The Manager was there to greet us when ever we entered or left the property. Quiet and comfortable rooms.

It had everything we needed in the kitchen area

One of our rooms didn’t look like it was cleaned all the way. There were snuff packets on the floor and there was trash in the drawers.

It was nice and quiet able to sleep and relaxing weekend

Clean and quiet. Did not use the food bar area but it looked like it was well stocked. The kitchen and bathroom was wonderful. Loved the layout of shower with the shampoo.condition & body wash station. Check in and check out was quick and easy. JOSH checked us in and out and was very professional, friendly and helpful.

Missed bedside table on one side of bed. There was a chair instead which was used as a table instead of a chair. So..that made the room have one less chair. Also would had liked to have a suitcase stand. For me these 2 things was inconvenient and made my stay less comfortable. I would have given a 10 rating otherwise.

Everything!! I LOVE this place. Comfortable & cozy rooms. Top notch customer service. The front desk crew are simply spectacular. Every single one of them.

What's not to like??

The property was clean and I enjoyed this day. The staff in the front was very friendly. 

The fact that I was putting next to a couple who had music playing until five in the morning, and I have a toddler who did not sleep all night due to the unnecessary noise from other guest.

I was always LOVE my stays. Clean, comfy, friendly, nice to my dog's. I couldn't ask for more.

Nothing not to love.

The staff went out of their way to make my family comfortable. They even helped us keep our belongings safe while we attended our daughter’s college graduation. I would have worried if all of our belongings were left in our car during graduation. Instead, the staff did not hesitate to lock up our items safely at the hotel while we enjoyed our proud day with our daughter. I’m very thankful.
