The staff are generally very good and friendly. As they are obviously understaffed, it can be hard to find someone to help you. The desk clerk is apparently responsible for cleaning the whole ground floor, for instance, and frequently is gone taking out the trash or cleaning the exercise room.

If you drive an EV, you might consider basically any other hotel in the area. The owner obviously doesn’t want to provide the charger and only does so because almost every other hotel in the area does. So, it is kept disabled and locked. The overworked staff has high turnover and typically doesn’t know anything about the charger. Also, for as new as the building is it shouldn’t be in such a poor state of repair. Shower curtains and window curtains are falling down. There is no mid stay room service.

It was very clean! Didn’t have no smell of any sort, hotel room already came with utensils, plates, cups, silverware, containers which I was unaware of and was definitely a plus! On top of the overall price, beyond a steal of a deal! It is a little ways from the beach but it’s not a far drive it’s the ferry to port a that takes longer, corpus is 19 minutes away no ferry. The location is nice and convenient near some gas stations and fast food places .

Hotel staff could have a more welcoming friendly face, first girl I spoke to was nice the rest after seemed disinterested in making a good impression

Raven is the gem of that facility give that woman a raise. The facility is so clean and well maintained. The place is quiet and calm with large rooms. They have washer and dryers in the building. The area is close to fast food,grocery stores and gas stations. I could brag all day on this hotel though.

The daytime middle aged lady was extremely rude and unprofessional when we had our car in the drop off area. (We have 2 under 2) And she threatened to get us towed. But we stayed for 4 days and luckily all the other staff were fantastic enough for us to over look one bad apple.

Everything was great! The pool was very clean. I'd definitely stay there again! Holly was amazing and friendly.

I went to the front desk after Holly had left for the day and asked the young lady with red hair if I could get 2 more large towels because there were only 2 in the room. She said she could only give me one because they were short on towels. I said " Really, shortage ", she came back with 2 pool towels instead. My husband and I use 2 towels each at home. I didn't appreciate her snobby customer service.

Location is perfect for us close to our boat ramp. Excellent parking breakfast is always hot and good with nice selection of items the staff front counter people are friendly and helpful the maintenance team were very nice and on top of things overall the best value and bang for your buck in my opinion

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was great.

Room was humid, almost wet. AC was cooling, but not removing humidity. The hallway had something like a mildew smell.

There was a cook top, pots and pans in our room also a full size refrigerator

The parking lot and entry way are very dark they need some outdoor lights.

I loved everything! It was comfortable, clean and staff was wonderful! Continental breakfast was delicious as well!

There was nothing I didn't like!

Great helpful staff.

Pillows could be a little more comfy.
