Located right on the main road out to Port Aransas and still convenient to stores in Aransas Pass. Room was adequately but simply appointed with clean hard floors and adequate air conditioning to keep it cool on the hot days. They did have a small coffee maker with enough to make two cups of coffee in the room. I travel with an electric kettle so it was also nice to have a spot to put that next to the supplied coffee maker.

I did not realize how long it took to drive and take the ferry to Port Aransas. That is not the fault of the hotel though. It is a clean well-kept place but areas around the door show it's age and wear.

You get a lot of bang for your buck! Close to the ferry, like an exit off! Gas station right across the street, love that you get a private door with the second bedroom. Clean room and that a/c works well!

Only thing is that it’s hard to turn door handle to get in room. Other than that not a bad deal at all! Will return.

The location was good for us and was easy to get to. Our room was very spacious, had 2 bathroom counter sink areas (good!); was very clean; comfortable bed & pillows; linen service daily; large tv with Directv; parking in front of room; clean pool.

The property is older and shows some wear & tear - doors, outside A/C units (but worked great). But we saw workers doing maintenance/repairs while there.

I liked the pool area. It was clean. And owners were nice. House keeping was great. She was friendly and nice.

The shower head didn't stay up so my shower was not real good. There was little bugs crawling in the bottom of the shower.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend it to all family and friends very nice staff was very friendly and helpful we will very much keep staying here as long as there are rooms available

Nothing bad to say I don't have any complaints about our stay there that's really all I can say

It is located near favorite fishing spot. We stayed for the weekend.

Other guest were playing loud music and talking loudly till 3am. Not able to sleep well because of that and we were to check out that morning.

Good price good location for a fishing trip

Basic room and hotel, you get what you pay for. No complaints

The room was very nice and clean.. comfortable beds.. The staff was always avaliable and very prompt and kind!

The lady at the desk charger us a refundable cleaning fee of $50 booking did not day anything about that I got it back but still

The property manager and the people work for me are we buried aloof

Cleanliness, beds, AC, TV and channel assortment. Had microwave and small fridge. For price and location, we will definitely be back again.

Toilet was very loose, but usable.
