Valerie at the front desk was the best! She fixed my online booking to fit our large family needs. She was very pleasant the entire process-giving us all the information needed. Valerie is the best front person for this hotel. The rest of staff we encountered were smiling, pleasant, and always working to keep the hotel clean and guests happy/satisfied with the facilities. There was absolutely nothing at the hotel that we didn't like.

We cancelled our reservation at another after one night because of the conditions. This Holiday Express was our choice and it was a wise one. It was so clean, fresh smelling, and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful! The cinnamon rolls were the best-(we took a couple extra and just warmed them up tonight!) Round Top Antique Fair drew us down to Texas and this Holiday Inn will definitely be a choice for our stay next trip. Thank you very much!!

Front desk staff, John and Valerie were friendly. The hotel was clean, variety of eats was of good value.

Staff was very attentive to our needs. And very friendly.

Could have been a little cleaner. The sink was dirty and hair in the bathroom floors. But other than that everything was good.

Gravy was great but thought sausage was not good. Eggs were also very good and orange juice tasted wonderful to me!!!

It was VERY DIFFICULT FOR ME TO FIND IN THE DARK. coming from Houston. I drove pat it 5 or 6 times while using my GPS.

Breakfast was good for the most part with the exception of the last day, they only had egg white omelets instead of real eggs.

I didn’t like the egg whites omelette. I don’t mind it being an option but not My only option.

Staff had excellent customer service. Room was clean as well as the restroom. Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Something for everyone in the family. Highly recommend.

Availability. During a post hurricane disaster without power, I found this property on booking.com even though the IHG website indicated sold out status.

GOOD FOOD SELECTION. LOCATION WAS IN THE BACK OF MAIN LOBBY.

SOMEONE ALONG THE BOOKING PROCESS PUT THE MIDDLE INITIALS IN FRONT OF THE GUEST'S LAST NAMES, THEREFORE I HAD TO CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO COMFIRM THE ROOMS HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR AND THAT THERE WERE RESERVATIONS IN THEIR SYSTEM, WHICH SHOWS THE RESERVATIONS BY LAST NAME.
