Staff was amazing! The rooms were so incredibly clean and the bedding was soft and luxurious. I was very impressed with the quality of the pillows and products being used.

My room was right on the highway and although it was on the third floor and my father‘s room was below mine on the second floor, for the two days that we were there. We didn’t manage to get much sleep due to the traffic on the busy interstate after midnight each night. It’s quite a busy road. The property could benefit from some kind of a sound barrier, perhaps. Otherwise, I cannot complain.

Alice was the kindest, most enjoyable lady. She worked hard and kept up with the breakfast crowd. We were there four days for breakfast and she was there for three. You can really tell when she isn't working. That fourth day wasn't so good. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast. She is an asset to your staff! Also, Jennifer (manager) offered her own ROKU for us to view the PBR Nationals since the hotel didn't have CBS sports. She was very nice, and saved us having to go buy a tv to view it. Your front desk staff are all very friendly. I will not leave out the cleaning staff, as they were all friendly and hard working! We plan to come again next year!

The only thing I would suggest is to put some kind of non slip something in the shower. It was very slippery.

The front desk was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and I appreciate the late end time. The location is great and close to several restaurants. The hotel was clean. It is in a safe location.

My only complaint is the shower is extremely low flow. The water is also way too soft. If you are a Seinfeld fan, you will understand the struggle.

This staff was Wonderful!!! We were there to attend a funeral the next day, this staff!!! Went out of their way to help us and allow our family to have time to grieve, laugh, fill our bellies, make sure we were taken care of between the memorial and military service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made you feel welcome. The property was very clean and well maintained.

The water was disgusting! You would gag from the smell and taste of the high chlorine and chemicals. You couldn’t drink it or brush you teeth without the smell and taste. The water softener/ purifier isn’t doing the job. We wouldn’t stay there again for that exact reason

nice, clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping was good. Great hot breakfast if sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, pancakes, hot rolls, fruit, juice, etc.

my only complaint was the smoke detector started beeping from a low battery in my room at 5:55am and woke me up. I decided to just get up and go eat breakfast and talk to the front desk about the beeping. The told me they’d send someone up to fix it when the maintenance guy arrives, which they said would be shortly. long story short, after 4 hours and 4 phone calls to the front desk the battery was finally switched out and no more annoying beeps. I asked the front desk if there was any compensation for the unpleasant situation and since I paid $140 for the nights stay.

It was in a good location for the purpose of our trip. It was clean and had an excellent breakfast.

We did have a slow draining tub and our cc was charged twice and reversed the duplicate for our stay which would have been fine however the reversal sat in our pending from Friday until Tuesday which was quite inconvenient.

Perfect location for where we needed to be for a quick trip. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room.

The elevator was out when we arrived but Brittany called us beforehand incase we needed to make other arrangements. Our room was on the 4th floor. We didn't have much luggage thankfully. We made it work.

I loved the big comfortable beds, the feather pillows, breakfast, how clean everything is and the privacy.

I didn't like that I had to leave a 250 dollar cash deposit because I took advantage of their "pay later " option, even knowing I have stayed there 2 or 3 other times and didn't have to do that because I used my card to book and pay for the room

Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. Amenities were fine, including free breakfast and exercise room with recumbent bike.

There was a very annoying perfumey smell that hits you as soon as you enter the building or exit your room. It is as if they have put some kind of air scent into the air circulation system.
