Location, location, location. Accommodations. Staff. Facilities. Comfort.

The staff at the Best Western Plus Lake Worth Inn & Suites approved my request to change dates with no penalty. (I had inadvertently scheduled for the following week because Booking.com's website defaults to a week ahead!) They allowed my Date Change request and charged me at the site. I contacted Booking.com to inform them.

Have family in the area and usually stay at another hotel but it was booked. Just staying 1 night so I went with this location and was really happy that we did! Exceptionally clean, attentive staff, comfortable room, reasonably priced and location was easy to get into and out of in a very traffic heavy area. We will most likely start staying here more often!

It’s close to a supermarket, restaurants, cafe, and a movie theater. The beds are comfortable and the room (suite) spacious. The fitness room was adequate, in a good way.

No plant-based milk or other vegan options at breakfast. We realize this is probably the norm in Texas. We were able to purchase plant-based milk and yogurt at the nearby supermarket. Also, on the second day of our four night stay we indicated that we wanted housekeeping service by not putting out the privacy tag on the door. When we returned later that day we saw that they had taken our used towels but did not replace them, nor had they cleaned the room (emptied wastebaskets, etc.) which we had left very tidy. The front desk staff quickly provided towels and apologized for the inconvenience.

This hotel is a gem. The staff always had a smile on the faces. They were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are so clean. The bathrooms were also super clean. Don’t let the neighborhood deter you from staying here. This hotel is over the top great

Clean and courteous staff. Nice room with a very comfortable bed. Good breakfast and it was a good value for our family. We will return.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. The wide variety of choices meant everyone could choose their favorite foods. The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff was attentive and present. We could always find an employee to assist with our every need. The Desk Clerk was the best we have ever worked with. We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews and the stay was everything we were promised. We highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

Breakfast was great. Different every day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was up graded with handicap room upon arrival.
