Beautiful spacious king room with gorgeous views of Fort Worth by the pool. Excellent staff and daily cleaning. Breakfast was good and the beds were very comfortable! Needed to ask for extra blankets for personal comfort but 10/10. We came here after having to evacuate the hotel across the street from mold in the room we were assigned. They were incredibly accommodating on such a last minute notice and the booking went smoothly unlike the experience we had across the way. Worth the money! Should’ve booked here first!

The convenience of the hotel to an off and on ramp. Also the breakfast was really good as well. Very well stocked for breakfast. Normal eats for a free breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I liked that they had an ATM located at the hotel. The beds were comfortable and The room was clean when we arrived.

The hotel is in dire need of some repair. There are scuff marks on the walls from where folks have rubbed the luggage carts and so the paint is missing. Now this was not a bother but in our room, the edge on the wall was torn off. The bathrooms are very nice and on Sunday the day we left, the hotel smelled musty.

After having to leave another place in middle of the night in Dallas they were very accommodating in getting our family into 2 rooms at almost 1am. Staff was very friendly amd helpful amd made the stay very relaxing and comfortable. Definitely will continue to choose la quinta on any family trips we take...

The breakfast and comfortable room. The beds were more of a king sized than twin size bed, so that was a big plus for our money! The bathroom was nice and the staff was great.

They don't do room service. I have to go all the way downstairs to pick up my own towels and stuff I need. The Wi-Fi is extremely terrible here. The first night I couldn't get any service from my room on the 3rd floor. There is no USB port plug in my room only downstairs in the business center. I didn't have my wall plug which is my fault for not bringing it with me.

Everyone at the front desk was very hospitable and kind. They were attentive, polite and showed genuine kindness. The night auditor’s were great. The girls, Abby and one with dark black black hair (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) were amazing. They were friendly, helped me when I needed or at least attempted to help.

Lady in the mid-morning told me that they didn’t provide change, but I’d gotten quarters for the washer/dryer throughout the night. It was awkward. Thumbs down. TV in the room didn’t work.

The room was clean and comfy. Bedding is great. The breakfast was wonderful. great coffee too. We have stayed here several times already and will always go back. This visit was 7 days, and we had no issues.

There are some cosmetic and general maintenance issues like loose tile in the bathroom (room 211) and other small imperfections. Those should be addressed before renting the rooms.

Location

Strangers coming out of woods behind the hotel that we're bums coming to take out of breakfast bar that we're very dirty staff need to pay more attention to side doors and put key pads. Back on them other than that everything was awesome 👌

Amanda Perez is absolutely wonderful, I could not ask for a better customer service representative. The facility is very pleasant and much appreciated.

The prices and taxes are a bit higher than others as far as hotels. Some nights can be a little noisy and what I mean is other customers staying there in the same night as i.

The lady at the front desk was polite and helpful.

It's just an older hotel, but it was clean for what it was and what I paid for. It met my expectations. The smell was a little weird, but again, about what I expected.

Very friendly staff they made you feel very important and just loved the location lots of restaurants to choose from, shopping was a plus as we'll.
