The continental breakfast was delicious and had great variety. I also loved the extended hours of 6-10 for breakfast. The double queen sweet was spacious and comfortable for 5 guests. I loved the walk in shower and shower head with options on speed. The staff was friendly and helpful! The property was clean.

The toilet struggled to flush. Had to wait awhile if 2 people used toilet back to back. The sinks in bathroom also didn’t seem to get warm.

The property was very clean, and the staff were helpful, welcoming and kind! It was also within walking distance to our volleyball tournament at Frisco FieldhouseUSA.

One elevator kept malfunctioning, which left the other with a long line at times. We end up taking the stairs. It was fine for us but others may have a problem standing and waiting or taking the stairs.

The breakfast was excellent and the nice woman who was responsible for it all was delightful.

There was considerable confusion regarding the billing and credit card charges for the room with incorrect amounts being charged. In the end, it was all worked out to our satisfaction, but the hassle of it seemed unnecessary.

I like the location very near to attractions, museums and to Frisco town, the price is accessible and includes breakfast, my children love it. The beds are very soft and comfy, 100% recommended. We stayed for three nights. Perfect to relax. It was a little warm so we couldn't go to the pool but maybe on our next trip we will.

Breakfast was great! Location was wonderful!!

Everything I walked by the front desk or came up, nobody was there. Everyone was always coming out of the back office.

It was clean and we had maid service daily which we didn’t expect .

There was nothing we didn’t like. The guest washing machines on our floor didn’t work and the dryer was broken which was a little inconvenient

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location worked well with personal plans. Didn’t take advantage of complimentary breakfast however, it appeared to have a good variety.

The housekeeping service in my room. Due to Covid rules, you had to request cleaning for less than a four day stay. I only asked for cleaning one day. The young lady (failed to get her name) did not clean the shower area, face bowl, replace a roll of toilet paper, and/or sweep the bath floor or vacuum the rug. I had collected the trash, neatly assembled dirty towels and left a generous tip inside a Hallmark card. You would think she would have put forth additional effort but she did not.

No hot water until we talked to the front desk and they told us to run both sinks and shower to start Hot water. Seems so wasteful.

Convenient location. Clean. Good value. I felt safe.Quiet except for air conditioning unit. I would stay here again though.

Check in didn't seem to have a record that I prepaid with booking.com and initially asked me to pay again until I provided proof. Air cond unit made a loud clanking and I had to turn it off every night in order to sleep. Wasn't aware of a required $20 convenience charge. I haven't received a credit on my card yet.

The room was massive and great

Breakfast quality is ok but for the price could be better. Stay is a little bit on the expensive side.
