Good location!

Get emails asking you to check in before you arrive to make things easier and quicker. Still had to fill out all of the same info once I got there. Hotel was very damp. Everything was wet in the room. Need to invest in a dehumidifier unit. It was a bit gross!

I still have not received my cancellation refund . Waiting for Samantha to return my call or let me know why I only got a partial refund.

Room clean. Bed soft, air conditioner works great. I couldn't figure out the two remotes for the tv but the girl at the front desk came to our room to show us how it worked.

Room was pretty small

Your staff was amazing! So kind and accommodating. Coffee available in dining area at all times was so nice.

Hot water availability was a little annoying. I could never get hot water in the sink. Toilets didn’t flush very well.

Everything so close to everything lots eating options close by. In a very safe. Staff constantly asking if we needed anything this place is top notch

Our room was right above the bar it was noisy but did get quiet around midnight

It was good for our location near the show we went to easy safe parking walk to restaurants or eat in hotel very nice meals at bar breakfast ok but not to much choice i.e. No bacon and scrambled eggs only but ok

Staff were friendly and available, if needed. Pool area was private with additional shade cover.

Street entrance was difficult due to neighboring stores semi loading dock.

Was in a connected to the room next door, was able to hear the person talking on the phone and crying.😯

the pool area is EXCEPTIONALLY clean & has several seating options. we specifically chose Baymont because they have shaded areas at their pool, another, less expensive, option offered no shade so we chose Baymont Henderson. Great breakfast options also. Waffles,muffins, cold cereal, oatmeal, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, biscuits, gravy, apple and orange juice, yogurt, coffee, and milk. I’ve stayed here 3 times and I honestly feel they have listened to my reviews and made improvements!

Room was very spacious with couch and table. Large comfortable bed. Good breakfast

Elevator was not working and they put guests on 3rd floor. An elderly couple ahead of me asked the 2 check in Staff how they were to get there luggage up 4 flight of stairs and they just shrugged their shoulders. I met an elderly man in the stairwell trying to get 2 poodles up the stairs, he carried 1 up a flight then walked back down to get the next one. This was absolutely ridiculous. I had issues with walking and carrying a heavy suitcase up 4 flights and I'm not old. They should have put on lower floor or notified when booking of this issue
