The price, layout, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, handicap shower setup, the TV. All good except shower drainage.

We stayed in a handicapped room, so it had a walk-in shower with bench (great!), BUT the way the shower floor slants, the water runs toward the toilet and bedroom. Water leaked through the bedroom wall, so carpet was wet. (Carpet was wet before we even showered from previous guest use). Slipped on bathroom floor, but didn't fall - whew! 2 recommendations: Fix shower drainage and paint a yellow line on uneven sidewalk ledge right in front of room. (Hard to notice that there is a step down. Dangerous, especially in front of handicapped room.)

Good location. Room was comfortable and clean.

I had two rooms, and one was a handicap accessible room. When the shower was used the entire bathroom flooded. It created a very dangerous situation, and required the use of all the towels to dry it up enough to walk on.

Everything was great! Room is clean and nicely decorated, bed is comfortable, property is very quiet even though it's directly across from an all-night restaurant, convenience store/gas station/truck stop, and right at an I-20 exit. Owners are extremely nice and were even smiling when I arrived after midnight! Highly recommend the Sunriser Inn, Kilgore, Texas!

Nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Really nice for price. Very clean. Quiet for location. Ac/heat was easy to operate. Nice channel list for TV made finding what we wanted to watch easy. Close to I-20 for easy access.

The price was right, the room was roomy and they actually came in and made the beds and gave you fresh towels daily.

The towels were pretty thin and a little scratchy.

It was a great price, good value for money. No breakfast, but we expected that. We did get coffee in the room. Not the newest place, but clean and a good location.

The pillows could have been a little bigger but other than that I can't really say anything bad about the place.

The television didn’t work. beds were a little hard for my taste and there were only 2 towels left for three people. when I said that someone needs to check out the tv before someone else checks in to the person on duty, she said “well it would have been nice to hear about it before now” I told her that they knew the day before, “well nothing was said to me” I told her the sweet lady that was on duty came down and tried to get it to work, ti no avail. maybe I should have offered her coffee….

Room was clean and we were able to park right at the door. Good location.

The lady said I booked a smoking room and so she charged me ten dollars extra for a non smoking room. I really don't understand this because it takes less to clean up after non smokers. Anyway we were tired and so I just paid it.

Great room and location was perfect for our needs.
