Beds were comfy. Great location.

The whole place is being remodeled but it's understandable.

Came from Mississippi to a funeral in Tx. Room was nice. Man behind counter was very friendly & nice. The woman the next morning, not so much. Nice place to stay. Good location.

Not much breakfast. Cereal and juice. Fruit loop Cereal was stale. There was food (unopened) left in the fridge in our room when we got there. Cleaning staff needs to check fridges. The ice machine up stairs didn't work.

Friendly staff nice rooms clean all around. I stay there every time I come to Kilgore

I wish the breakfast was bigger had more to it. Instead of just cereal and juice and bananas, and refill coffee when It’s out there make more when it’s out.

There was a lot of police and seemed to be a lot of people maybe loitering or something of the sort, not really the hotels fault but it did make everything feel a bit unsafe.

The location. Beds were comfortable. Rates are good.

The room and hallways were hot due to a power outage. It took time for it to cool back up. But that's understandable.

Bed very soft and comfortable. Perfect to access to nearby places. Very quite and relaxing. We always stay at this location... going on 15 years now. Only place we stay at when visiting family in Kilgore, Tx

The strong smell of Cigarettes when stepping out of the elevator and walking down the hallway. We ALWAYS bring air fresher and candles to use during our entire stay.

The owner came and greeted me at the counter. He is a very friendly and happy young man who was very patient and kind to his new employee who was having trouble with the computer program.

I know he is working on upgrading the hotel, but it would be nice to have the hallway on the second floor not smell like cigarette smoke. On a side note, our room did not smell so it was a pleasant night.

Everything was nice. Not anything to complain about.

It would be great if they started offering by the hour services. Only needed to shower so we didn't need to stay overnight.

it was clean and quiet and the pool was good

the staff sucked. we asked for clean towels without room service for 3 days and was told they didn’t have any so I bought towels and asked why they had none and told cause I’d steal them like everyone else! very rude too. vending machines took kids money several times and they finally removed them. the dryer took $6 to dry one load of clothes.

It was better then the Last hotel in NC
