The surrounding areas, the front Desk service and specially the kitchen Lady she was such a definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,plus her food and cooking is delicious!!!!

On the other hand I can’t say the same of the cleaning staff one lady in particular which I did not get her name,wish I did because this puts all cleaning staff bad but this lady was THE Rudest ever!!! She must not like her Job,she needs some classes on customer service,A smile goes a long way!!!

The location was good for what we needed. The room was spacious for our family. The maintenance men were wonderful! The breakfast woman told my husband she would make something different the second day as he told her things he liked, she did not disappoint! She was so sweet with us and we took such a liking to her! The second day we got behind as we had to rush around in the morning and almost didn’t make it, we felt bad she had made the breakfast she did and we weren’t there until the very end. However we stopped rushing to sit and eat and chat with her, she was such a nice woman!

We were in the building next to the main and it seemed a bit dated, it made it nice and quiet but very dated. It seemed the main building was more modern and possibly newly renovated but not this building. The room had a musty odor, the bathroom was very dark, the bedroom door did not shut, and the toilet seat was broken. The pool at night was full of crazy children with seemingly no parents caring they were diving, jumping, and splashing people. The family’s at the pool were just casually eating dinner at the tables and drinking, no staff member was ever around. The worst was the water, I couldn’t even see my skin it was so murky and full of hair!

everything was absolutely delightful, from the staff, the hotel amenities, the hotel design.....we stayed in the deluxe queen studio with sofa bed and it was large elegant and perfectly cozy, the comfy queen bed was in a separate room from living area with nice blue couch/bed....hot breakfast was delicious EVERY morning, ALL staff were welcoming, helpful, kind and warm.

no vent in bathroom, breakfast was always the same thing, but still good..

Everything was great and comfortable

The only time I had to complain was the night I got there very tired from a long trip. All I wanted was a good sleep but the people right above me were super loud sounded like kids were jumping off beds to the floor then running. Even THE tv in my room shook. I called front desk and they told me they were sending security to quiet them down. It took them a good hour to quiet down. PARENTS PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR KIDS TO BE THAT NOISEY AT 11PM.. I HAVE KIDS AND NEVER LET THEM RUN AROUND IN A HOTEL ROOM AND JUMP OFF BEDS.

Ac unit leaked and much of the floor was wet. Also not all the lights worked. In all fairness they offered us another room when we complained but we were so exhausted from our long trip that we declined. We were only staying one night. Lastly, why do all hotels give us the pink sweetener for our room coffee? Why not yellow or blue?

Updated, clean, and great breakfast included. Staff was efficient and nice

The room smelled a little musty when we first entered. Maybe it had been unoccupied for a bit and just needed some airing out or for the A/C to be on before we arrived. It seemed to dissipate after a little while.

Best part was the Breakfast which was Very Good and included sausages, eggs, beans and tortillas to make tacos. The cook was excellent and all tasted great. They also had all the normal stuff like coffee, milk, juice, waffles, cereals, yogurt, muffins and fruits.

I was in separate building from the main hotel where Breakfast was served.

I liked the fact that everything was perfect from the bed to the nice cold ac in the room and even the delicious breakfast made my stay feel like staying at home with my moms cooking

Reception on the tv and it not going out or losing signal and having the pool open for certain hours I would have liked to go and take a dip in the jacuzzi while looking at the stars

Shower head appeared unmovable Breakfast could be replenished more often; would be nice to have natural products like real butter & syrup, not chemical concoctions Rolling chair did not fit the table provided for desk work Construction issues made moving around less easy Comments in other reviews about the additional building are correct

The amenities were great enjoyed my stay was relaxing and meet my expectations

The Whirlpool was extremely hot it burnt my skin had to get out quick. It said no pets in pool area and a guest still had their dog running around loose.
