Need larger parking lot Lots of triple parking due to construction workers who stay during the week

No jacuzzi, same breakfast everyday.

The room was large, lots of space to move around in. The beds were soft. Plenty of pillows. The fridge and microwave worked well and were useful. The carpet wasn't filthy, like at other hotels. The vanity with the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. The breakfast was well stocked and more than sufficient. There was coffee, tea and hot cocoa available all day. The indoor pool was fun for my kids.

I didn't like I had to wait almost an hour for someone to approve my room through booking com at the hotel. That was quite frustrating because we were so tired from being at a water park all day And had to wait around 30+ minutes before they just gave us a room then still had to wait another 30 minutes before getting my license back from front desk and be approved through booking at hotel even though on my part everything was paid fully and done the entire time. So if you're booking thru booking com be aware this may happen to you. But besides that very nice workers and very nice hotel!!

We were very pleased with our room and the decor of the hotel. Once you walked through the front door the hotel was clean and very nicely updated. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, danish, etc. We did like the close proximity to the Magnolia Silos and Castle. It was a short drive.

The gps directions to get to the hotel off of the highway. Also I didn’t think the outside of the hotel looked well maintained. Some pieces of trash were about and it didn’t look as well kept. Once you were inside it was very nice.

My recent stay was an exceptional experience, marked by outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, which set a great tone for my visit. Upon entering my room, I found it to be immaculate, spacious, and very well maintained. When I noticed that the refrigerator wasn't working, I contacted the front desk. To my surprise, within less than 10 minutes, someone was at my door with a replacement. The promptness and efficiency of the staff truly stood out and made my stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.

Easy to get to and very quiet. Room very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. The only problem I have is that I would have to pay $200 security deposit if I paid in cash which I wanted to do. So I used a credit card. The man who registered me posted $10 more than the actual amount to my card which I did not know until I received a printout upon checking out. Then later in the day, yesterday an additional $10 was posted to my card. I'm going to assume this was a mistake and going to the bank to get it corrected.

Friendly staff. Clean spacious rooms. Very comfortable.

I liked it all mostly. The hotel is right off the main strip on a one-way strip that accesses the hotel. With construction on the interstate many vehicles got off the interstate on that access road and it was sometimes difficult to get in and out of the hotel parking lot. I don't see this being an issue if there weren't any constructions present. But it was during our stay.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean, awesome breakfast, large room and great location. Lobby was beautiful and very clean and so was the parking lot. The hotel manager Norma met us at the door with a smile and ready to help us with any thing we needed. At breakfast Norma came to our table to see how our night was and ask if we needed anything. Honestly this made made us feel so good. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

It was very clean and the staff was very pleasant.

What I didn't like is that the pictures showed that there was a hot tub but there is not it has been filled with cement we would not have booked this hotel if we knew that after a long day of walking we couldn't sit in the hot tub that was one of the things we searched when we found this hotel.
