The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were clean. The warm breakfast was good.

The water pressure was low, in shower. Carpets stained, but otherwise clean. Exterior garbage cans and dumpsters were over flowing. During the five days, the maid came to the room once. We ran out of toilet paper and never had any facial tissues.

nice location and front desk people were very nice

2 live cockroaches alive on their back in the walk in shower. That is Texas for you . They might need to make some adjustments in their big control department. I just killed them and flushed them as we are from Texas.

I reserved a Kung and when we walked in the room the smell of cigar smell hit us in the face . I went downstairs and requested a new room and the young lady said there were no rooms available I asked for an upgrade and she said there were non available so we received a room with 2 double beds and I asked for a discount and she said I would be able to get a discount but the next morning it was still the original price . The gentleman asked why didn’t she give me an upgrade?

I am still waiting for me discount and not received one . I paid for a room I reserved and was not able to use that room and was basically down sized at the same price .
